I have just finished the bee portal and I’ve learnt so much! It’s not only helped me understand my child, but also some of my own struggles. It’s been the support I needed when I was feeling quite lost and unsure of what to do to help my child and my family. It’s helped me immensely on personal level too, I feel like I’ve finally got some life back and feeling more ‘me’ again! I am now ready to start the next section with the confidence that we are on our way to recovery. I would highly recommend this program, the delivery of the content is great, it’s self-paced and the zoom sessions are fantastic to listen to and be part of. Traditional therapy sessions never felt ‘right’ or ‘helpful’ for my daughter, and I now understand why and I’m so glad I have found an alternative. Thanks so much to Sam, Hannah, Anne & the team.

This program has completely changed our lives. My daughter is back at school and out doing things I thought she would never do. She’s so confident and has been given all the tools she needs to face anything! I am completely different too. I’m so thankful for this program after receiving no help from school and the GP telling us to just try our best. I honestly thought my daughter had autistic traits and she was being assessed. All of these traits have now disappeared!

I’ve suffered from anxiety all my life, and I recognised anxiety in my kids too. After just over a month on this program and me and my partner are spending more time concentrating on ourselves, and as parents, we are detaching a bit and allowing our kids to sort things out themselves more. We have just finished Bee. I was skeptical at first but the support and guidance not just from the team but from other parents is invaluable. The kids are picking up on the vibes and changing too. I can’t wait to get them involved. I think it’s the change we all need. Anxiety is a horrible thing, and I genuinely think we are on the way to cracking it and being a happier family overall. Thanks to all, including all the other parents who are so supportive and kind, and a special thank you to Hannah: your bright, smiley face and no nonsense advice has been a godsend xx

Our 11 year old son has been in and out of school for the last 2 years and then not going at all since Easter. We have been to cahms , gp, community paeds, support hubs and the list goes on, nothing has helped him until now!!!! We watched this advert over the summer and were sceptical but when you are so broken and just want to help your child you will give anything a go and take a chance. I can only say it’s the best chance Iv ever took in my life, we are just 4 weeks in and our son has settled so much, has started to go in to school a little and he hasn’t even began the programme himself. Our home is a different home, calm, happy and no melt downs. Initially you might think it’s expensive but the content is priceless, there is not a monetary value on this knowledge, the people who deliver this have been through it themselves so they understand your pain, their passion and commitment to recover your child is impeccable.

I have tears of joy whilst writing this review. My daughter has always had some form of anxiety all her life, which is evident in all social situations not in the home. The first 6 months at secondary went smoothly then she just couldn't go. Things got really bad quickly, school, the doctors, everyone basically said to go down the route of an ASD referral. I believed it myself until we did this program. My daughter desperately wanted to be free from anxiety, she told us it was ruining her life and that she wanted to be 'normal' and go back to school. She did! ☺️ I work in a primary school so I knew there were long wait times for CAMHS. We didn't have much money, my husband had just been made redundant in the February and set up his own business but I wasn't going to fail my daughter. Deep down I knew she was a strong person and just like her mum because I have struggled most of my life too with forms of anxiety -on and off Sertraline and Propranolol. So, I spoke to Sam (this woman has lived and breathed it and clearly worked hard to get it to where it is now) Davina didn't give up and kept me in Pollen for what felt like forever but the process worked! Haha Hannah and Anna, thank you for your patience and school advice, the tips and information for school return. My daughter returned to school in September, first day happy and ready to take on her new challenge. She was off school over 4 months aswell as the 6 week summer hols. Was it easy - no! Did it take longer than we expected - yes! Did it work and 100% worth it - yes! My daughter hasn't got ASD, she HAD anxiety and is now recovering from it with a strong, fun but firm family supporting her. Nectar - here we come ☺️ Beyond grateful to the team on this program for turning our lives around x

Everyone at young vibes has been amazing so far. Support is always there and the program is brilliant and more importantly it works. It’s takes a lot of time and effort but is more than worth it to see your child happy again. Worth every penny. Thanks

Where to start?? Thank you, thank you, thank you to the fabulous team that is Young Vibes, you are all simply amazing. We have just finished the programme, We have our son back and our family life has improved ten fold. Back in May my son wouldn't leave his bedroom, wouldn't talk to us, wouldn't eat. Fast forward 3 months our son is going to college, playing golf with colleagues, doing overtime, talking, he got his first tattoo (he's 19 and needlephobic) his appetite is improving and best of all he's SMILING 💙. I cannot recommend this course highly enough. You can't unlearn the incredible knowledge this team has to offer and it does work and in my opinion worth EVERY penny. Thank you Sam, Davina, Lauren, Anne, Martin and all the parents that have been on this journey with us.

After trying everything else, getting nowhere and at the end of our tethers, not knowing which way to turn with nobody to help us - We happened by chance to see the Young Vibes Facebook page. We were sceptical to start with, but we knew we had nothing to lose and after a quick phone call we instantly joined up. This was the best decision! The program is amazing and like nothing else, Sam's videos hit the nail on the head, she is so experienced in these matters and has a brilliant way of getting the message across with her down to earth and no nonsense approach with a wicked sense of humour! The support from all the whole team is second to none, they are there to help you every step of the way and the zoom meetings with other parents are invaluable and make you feel like you are not alone on this journey. We are still on our journey, taking longer than other people due to our personal circumstances, but our lives have been transformed dramatically since we started the program and the light is at the end of the tunnel now. If you are reading this review now wondering whether to sign up or not, just do it - you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!!! Thank you to Sam and the team, you are all fantastic xxx

I came across the intro video to this program a while ago which peaked my interest - it was as if Sam was talking about my child as everything she said resonated with me so much. I joined the Facebook page at the time and saw all the comments from parents who had been through or were part way through the program - and it seemed life changing! I did think at the time 'if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is,' however things couldn't get any worse at that point, so we had nothing to lose. Id been on numerous 'positive parenting' courses since my child was aged 3 (now 7) and he was still anxious....daily aggressive outbursts, numerous suspensions in school (previous and new school) reduced school timetable etc, me and my partner at loggerheads, a kid that ruled the roost and a miserable home! So I bit the bullet and signed up. What I didn't realise was how much I needed this course, how I myself was riddled with anxiety, due to the vast amount of time spent walking on egg shells because of the situation. I cannot put into words how helpful the online videos/sessions have been for me and my partner, and in turn the changes we have seen in our child in such a short space of time, which I never thought possible! The zoom sessions are so helpful for tips on how to deal with situations and everyone conducting the sessions are so informative and straight talking - its exactly what I needed and what we as a family needed! It is counterintuitive, especially to the previous local authority courses I had been on, but it works if you take on board the advice and put it into practice! We are due to start the next stage 'Dragonfly' and I cannot wait to learn what the next steps are! We were worried about the £75 cost per week, we couldn't afford it with our usual work (I work part time/term time because holidays clubs etc have been a no go for our child) so I took on a saturday job to help fund it. This temporary extra outgoing has been life-changing so far and I realise that it's a small price to pay for the happiness in our family, now and in the future!

This programme is literally amazing, life changing for the whole family. At the start of the year we had shouting, outbursts, school refusing, hair pulling, panic attacks, a fussy eater, and so much more. Now we’re all calmer and my daughter is showing her true self (kind, thoughtful, calm and respectful). Today she went back to school after about 6 months off). Her head was held high and we couldn’t be more proud of her and more grateful for all of Sam, Davina, and Hannah’s help. You are life savers!! X

This is a programme that requires your commitment both from a time perspective and a willingness to change perspective. The changes it can make both for yourself as the parent and the child are significant. And there is a community within it of both parents and children who help you to feel that you are not facing this battle alone. For anyone who is at the end of their tether and worried to the core about a child who is refusing school and shutting themselves away from the world, I would not hesitate to recommend this programme.

I can't tell you how much this programme has changed our lives! My child was suffering with extreme anxiety and school was a struggle, things were tough at home with me unable to leave them alone or have any life of my own, it was stressful and everyone was unhappy. I randomly found this programme and despite reservations, signed up as I really had nothing to lose. It's hard work, you as a parent have to dig deep, change your own behaviour and really really believe and invest in the programme. But my word is it worth it. My child is now happy, well equipped to deal with any anxiety, living her life and our home is a happy place again. As a side bonus, my relationship with my husband has also improved significantly and I have a life back. Please invest in yourself and your child and give this a go.

After trying CHUMS and a therapist and it not really making any difference, I came across this group. I have only been on the programme a few weeks but have learnt so much about anxiety and how I kept it alive in my daughter by pandering to her when I should have been pulling back. I am looking forward to the next part where she will join the programme and start to understand what is happening in her body and bring some peace to the whole family dynamic.

We are still in the early parts of this programme (It is split into different parts for you as parents and for the children) but it is helped bring my husband and I to the same page and focus on ourselves. We can now turn towards helping our daughter. The process we are going through requires focus, dedication and time but I can see there are going to be many benefits as we progress in the next stages.

A practical approach to a very challenging situation. Physio for anxiety - starting firstly with gaining a much stronger understanding of just how impactful and debilitating anxiety can be and how far reaching. Starting with the parents first is a great approach and it meant we were feeling better equipped when our child started the programme two week's later. Having access to daily zoom calls (for both parents and children) has been terrific. Our child hasn't engaged much with them but we got a great deal from listening to other parents and Davina was a brilliant support during the Pollen section, giving us good, clear, no nonsense advice to apply when things were tough. We put a lot of work into the programme, all of us, and followed the advice given but at times it felt like we weren't making headway and the middle section (Pollen) had some tough moments (which they said we would!). Seeing other parents navigate their way through the programme and start to see results was very motivating. We started in May, when we couldn't see a positive way forward, despite trying all support options open to us and engaging with CAMHS. Our child wasn't attending classes and getting her into the school at all was a struggle and we were all stressed and miserable. We're nearing the end of the program me and our child has been back to school for 3 weeks now and has attended all classes. It's all been very low key, no fuss or drama. It's wonderful! We don't doubt there will be set-backs but we don't fear them and feel confident and hopeful for the future. I feel th e tools she has gained will serve her well not just at school but in the longer term too. We're just enjoying watching her blossom and our household is much more chilled out again, with lots of fun and laughter. If you're stuck in a round of me etings with the school, on a CAMHS waiting list, tried things like counselling, mindfulness and meditation, are back and forwards to the GP and your child is starting to resent every intervention you try to suggest, is becoming withdrawn, not eating, has poor self care or sleep hygiene, don't hesitate in signing up. I'm so glad we did.

We were recommended the course through a family friend and have found it extremely helpful during a difficult time in our lives. Our 11 year old daughter has struggled with anxiety for a while but a series of events led her to refuse the last term at primary school. She also stopped leaving the house and reduced her eating significantly. The team have been a real support and helped us to understand our role in our daughters recovery. They also provide specific support for liaising with schools that helped take the pressure off us as parents of a child not attending school. We are still working through the programme and are making positive steps as a family. Our daughter is now eating full meals and has been able to leave the house with friends. Thank you to Sam and the team for their continued support.

After umming and arring whether to join, whether to not. I took the plunge and watched the (free) video clip and arranged the phonecall. It really does all ring true and answers all the questions. It allows you to do what you know you should do but question yourself as to whether it is right or not. We have just completed bumblebee and the change in my daughter is amazing. Feel like we are getting her back. She is doing things that I never thought she would. We still have a way to go and school may throw us some curve balls but feeling much more confident that with the help from everyone on the programme we CAN DO THIS!!! 🎉

We have just finished the second stage - Pollen. Davina has been such a support and wise guide through this stage. It is not easy breaking old habits and family dynamics but being strong and with the support of the team and other parents gets you through! We started the programme in May, after a disastrous holiday with extended family. All of our anxiety levels were sky-high and we did not know where to turn for help as we had tried everything. Thanks goodness we found this programme! I was in such a state after 3 years of school refusal. Now I am calm, relaxed and happy. And so is our daughter! We don't yet know whether she will go back to school next week but she seems ready. And I now really do not care as much as trust that she will find her path in life. Thank you to the whole team - Sam, Hannah, Anne, Davina - for your incredible dedication and hard work! Jessica Bendell xx

We are 6 months on from starting the course. If you have a withdrawn, reclusive child with dark thoughts who is having frequent emotional outbursts and panic attacks and you want a happy, engaged child who laughs, bakes, plays games, has sleepovers and gets up, dressed and gets on with their life (hard to imagine, believe me we know). Look no further… we lived in such a dark place for so long but now it’s starting to seem like a distant memory. Be brave … this programme will change your whole family’s life, no exaggeration.

Coming across this programme was the best thing that has happened to us. When our daughter refused the go to school, the options open to us were dire. No one could explain why my daughter was anxious and there was little help, or anything that made sense. With the Young Vibes programme 'anxious to awesome' they start by supporting the parents before starting the process of recovering the children. Anxiety is explained in a way that makes sense and there is a clear path to bringing both children and their families through and out the other side. One of the best things about the programme though is the help and guidance that you get through the parent drop in zooms and from the team, all of whom have been in our shoes.
