Nov 07,2023I ordered an alcohol free bitters as I am pregnant- and a 50% abv bitters was sent. I contacted the company to ask for a refund and received a message from an iPhone saying they will sort the problem but following two chaser emails I have heard nothing back and am no closer to a refund or the correct item. Communication is poor and unprofessional, incorrect item received and now I am 30 pounds out of pocket. Particularly dangerous mistake as I have sober friends and this kind of error could result in a relapse. Will not be a returning customer Update: the owners of the company contacted me following my review and explained the circumstances and have now sent me the correct item with an additional gift for any inconvenience. As a small business this was out of their control and they have more than made up for this. Thank you
