Dec 11,2020Very Good Customer Service. The Post Office messed up my original delivery so I phoned 'Your Drink Box' who were very apologetic and resolved the issue straight away. I was very pleased with my order and I would highly recommend them. It was nice to be able to speak to someone at 'Your Drink Box' on the telephone rather than by e-mail.

I am looking forward to making some great drinks for my sister's 18th birthday. Would definitely recommend as a lover of alcohol and groundbreaking cocktails.

When I contacted them they were incredibly helpful and kind enough to send the package to me again with a quick delivery service. Considering the postage fee was probably more than the value of the gifts I just think that was an amazing service, especially considering the times we're in.
