Mar 08,2025I had problems at the beginning but now this has been turned around. I ordered my step up Mounjaro but then realised I ordered Wegovy by mistake. The lady who took my call was so helpful and rectified it immediately. Overall I'm now very happy as this pharmacy is by far the best value compared to the others.

Mar 07,2025I left a review last month and gave them the benefit of the doubt re antiquated technology/ phone systems . They have not even attempted to implement the suggested solutions to optimise their performance and their customer service is non existent. L Order placed / payment taken 72 hours ago / email conformation received since then no communications 2 x emails ignored 21 minutes on hold being no 3 in the cue which is basically an indicator of zero customer service staff Basic customer service would be press 1 to receive a ring back. Basic basic basic stuff
