Jul 21,2021The website was easy to use, functionality was great and content seemed sufficient. The pricing seemed fair however it took me HALF of the 8 hour time required to get through all of the content, reading everything and not skimming. Therefore I had 4 hours of time to just click around and the 15-day subscription lapsed before I could complete that time. That was very annoying. Not sure who mandates the 8 hours but there is not enough content to spend 8 hours reviewing. Customer service was prompt and helpful when I contacted them.

Jul 18,2021Reading material at my own pace was much better than having to watch videos at a pre-determined rate. Some of the multiple choice questions were terrible - in cases, they sought to test trivial data in lieu of the skill/knowledge or provided questionable choices of which there wasn't a clear best answer (vs some were painfully obvious as to not even be worthy of being on a test/exam).

The 247drive site is very easy to navigate, and feed back regarding your certificate, and results back to DMV is quick. I will recommend others to this site because of the service I received from customer service!

Jul 03,2021The Customer Service at 247 Drive is OUTSTANDING. I needed to call several times, and the person I spoke with EACH TIME was not only pleasant, but went out of their way to be sure I had the information I needed and that I understood. Also, the price for this course is very reasonable. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that in reading the information before beginning the course, I was under the false impression that this COULD be completed in 8 hours. The literature says that you NEED to take at least 8 hours to complete the course to get credit, giving the impression it could take a lot less than that. As a preface, I have been driving for over 40 years... There are 22 “Modules” to the course with a quiz after each one, and then a final exam at the end. It took me 16 HOURS to complete the 22 modules as an experienced driver. It felt BRUTAL. Maybe the literature could just explain in a bit more detail what the course entails, with an “average time” to complete each Module after asking those who took it how long it took to do the entire course. But overall it is very good, with more information than you ever THOUGHT you would need.☺️

Jun 10,2021The course was informative and easy to follow through. The quizzes did an adequate job of preparing for the final exam. The one thing that I would like to see changed is either a timer than you can see as you are working through the modules or a timer on each section. I finished the course quickly and had to go back and look at a large amount for the second time. This review did help me pass the course on the first go, but a timer would have assisted me with better time management.

Jul 24,2021Course was well designed and flawless with logins and outs. Information was good. Very easy to navigate. My only criticism is trying to log eight hours of screentime. The course can easily be completed in half that. Could benefit from including some optional review qizes, videos, etc. that would help fill in the time.
