Better than sitting in a class all day. But make sure you take 8 hours to do it or you won’t get clearance for the final exam. I burned through the entire course with quizzes in 3.52 hours, and had to spend 4 + hours just clicking around the course every 15 minutes to log the time. The course is good and interesting. I recommend!

The site is poorly built and the test modules do not function properly. There also is no clear direction you must log 8 hours before you can take the final exam. The final quiz also costs and additional $7 (in VA) I highly recommend choosing a different site with better functionality and user experience.

This course covers a lot of material and the quizzes at the end of each module help you prepare for the final exam. They also have more testing centers than the other online companies.

Though I had some IT issues with the website, I would still recommend 247Drive. In my experience, I could not access some of the quizzes at all or midway through it would say “access denied.” I contacted the website and they immediately connected me with IT and we went from there. I encourage anyone who has an issue to contact ASAP because they are committed to helping you quickly. Even though we didn’t get the main issue resolved in time, I was able to complete the online requirements and they granted me access to take the final exam, which I did that day and passed first try! The only thing I wish the site offered was a print off/page that shows all the questions from every section so you can study easier. Same with the final exam - I passed but do not know which questions I got wrong. Not complaining though, I’m happy to be done. :)

I had a great experience with 247drive. The only problem I ran into were a few technical difficulties for the final exam, but I emailed them and they fixed it right away. Great customer service via email.

The course itself was okay. I consider myself a very safe driver, so when it tells you to look right, look left, and then look right again before turning, it was a little amusing. The course and test are very easy. I would have given 5 stars, but the website keeps telling you "no authorized access" and you have to log out, close the browser, and log back in again. This happened about 100 times throughout the course. I was on Mozilla Firefox browser, but it happened with Chrome too.

The course itself is great, but beware because when you go to take the test at the locations you have to pay to use the computer, which I was not made aware of until after the course. Some locations were over $15/30min! Also, the UPS in Leesburg the computer was down so I had to call 247drive since I selected that location. There should be a way in today’s technology to not have someone waste their time going to a location if their computer doesn’t work!
