Jun 28,2019247 drive experience not favor me at all. The question in exam that was out of course syllabus. Questions was not in the lesions. Limited lesion practice & limited time to exam attend and not allow practice once course complete or fail exam. I don't recommend 247 as I didn't success exam. I was enroll this course myself. It was not improve my drive record.

Jun 25,2019Your back end is finicky and slow. Even taking time between button presses and being sure to only click once, 75% of the quizzes would break with the "unauthorized access" error, requiring not just logging out and back in, but giving it a couple hours to re-access that particular quiz. Being able to move onto other sections in the meantime alleviates some of that stress, but by the time you get towards finishing it can become extremely frustrating. Overall the process was easy and the steps to finish well-clarified. Fixing the back end of the website and quiz process would easily turn this into a four or five star rating.

Jun 25,2019The ease of the class was good and the information provided was accurate. The actual testing with available locations was a JOKE. I had AWFUL online security issues the day of the test and being that the closest testing location was 45 minutes away made it impossible to fix. The staff member who helped me tried his best, however, there are SEVERAL kinks that need to be worked out for this course, more specifically the testing, to be legitimized. **I spent 4+ hours in the testing site just to be told to drive the 45 minutes home to take the test on my phone -_-.**

Jun 04,2019Setting up profile was a bear Tech support great. Course was user friendly. Trying to take test at assigned library was impossible!!! Neither myself of library folks could sign me on! Got locked out and even after hours would not let me back on at the library. Tech support could sign in but I couldnt at library. I could access on cell phone but still not at library.. continued to keep me locked out. Finally had to take at home on own computer!

May 29,2019The overall course was fine. I was able to refresh my memory of what I needed to know in order to pass the test and clear my points. Unfortunately, the site itself was super glitchy. I got kicked out often and had to log back in again repeatedly. This was no big deal during the course, but it also happened twice during the final test and when I logged back in I HAD TO START OVER FROM THE BEGINNING after getting through questions 24 and 38, respectively. Ended up taking the test almost 2 1/2 complete times, which was time-consuming and aggravating. I called tech support/customer service after the 2nd time getting kicked off. The first time I called, the system hung up on me. The 2nd time I called, it put me into a voicemail system promising a callback. Finally completed the test on my own, but still haven't heard back from customer service (call was placed a week ago).

May 22,2019The course was easy to follow and sign up for. I had to have an original signature be mailed and that was done in a very quick manner. My only issue was during the quizzes it often told me I was “not authorized to access the page” and I would have to log out and log back in.

Apr 17,2019In reality, my overall rating averages to 4.2 stars and is based upon: content (4 stars), price (5 stars), customer service (5 stars), presentation of info (4 stars), ease of use (3 stars). If you don't want to read everything below, just skip to the final paragraph for the summary! CONTENT (i.e. information presented) is a solid four stars. I enjoyed the mix of text and videos. Personally, I would have enjoyed viewing additional videos, because they help to break up the monotony of reading text, but that has no bearing on my overall rating. At the end of each section, there are quizzes you must take to mark the course as completed. It was also appreciated that taking this does not have to be a linear experience and the section contents may be completed in any order chosen. I do recall there was at least one question posed at the end of a course, but the information was never presented in that particular session's content. Other than that, the content is solid. PRICE was the best out of all of the online driving schools I reviewed. 24/7Drive was running a special at the time, so I was able to purchase the course at 45% of the original cost. Keep in mind there are some additional fees you may have to pay in addition to the actual cost of the course. CUSTOMER SERVICE is excellent and very responsive! After taking the test and receiving the PDF version of my certificate of completion, I noticed that the date I completed the course was incorrect! I called them and they sent me a reply email advising they'd already caught the error and sent the hard copy of the certificate with the proper date. Excellent awareness on their part and much appreciated, since an oversight would have caused unnecessary delays. PRESENTATION OF INFO meets most of my expectations. There are some obvious spelling and grammatical errors throughout the course. I do not recall those errors interfering with my ability to understand the information presented. The format of each session and the 24/7 Drive website is simple to navigate. EASE OF USE is where I had the most frustration. There were times I would click on a link to go to the next session and I would receive an error that I was "not authorized to access the content." Hitting back on the browser and clicking the link would not resolve the error. I would have to log out and log back into my account to continue with the course. I primarily use the "Brave" web browser, which is known to block content, so I changed to IE and even Chrome--still the same issue. I also had the same problem when taking the test. On question #43, I received that "unauthorized access" error and unlike with the course, which saves your progress, I had to begin the final exam from the very beginning. Talk about frustrating!! Overall, my experience was positive. I enjoyed the mix of text and videos and that the course does not have to be taken linearly. They happened to be running a special, so the price paid for what was received was definitely easy on the purse, although there were a few smaller fees I had to pay (e.g. testing fee). When I contacted them (via phone) with an issue in regards to my certificate, customer service quickly replied and had already resolved the problem--their awareness was much appreciated. On the negative, I experienced numerous issues with a buggy website that gave me access errors. These issues extended to the final exam. In closing, I would not hesitate to use them again, if the website error is resolved.

I had a great experience overall using 247drive to complete my online traffic school. Oh and the price was unbeatable!!!!

Mar 19,2019It was easy to do. Plenty of time with an 8 hr minimum requirement. I’d highly recommend it to anyone needing to improve their points or just get refresher on stuff
