Nov 01,2021The course met the requirement and for the most part was great. I questions some of the information, such as the color of brake fluid, the quiz answer was red for brake fluid and I have never seen red brake fluid. Transmission fluid and power steering fluid is traditional red, brake fluid is clear. Another instance was questions on organ donation, the material said tissue donation could improve 75 people but when I did some research because I was curious, I found the average was 50. Finally I question how the time within the material was timed, it seemed as I went through it I was only using just a few minutes and did not match my timer. I finished all the material and had to go through it a second time to get the 8 hours. In the end it was informative, easy to navigate and meets the requirement. For that I am grateful, pleased and would recommend to others.

Oct 22,2021I thought the course was a great refresher and was informative and the at-your-own-pace speed helped me feel at ease to understand what I was learning instead of feeling pressured by the aspect of time. I enjoyed it, definitely recommend!

Oct 19,2021It was pretty easy to use. I would like it if it had an options to listen to someone read out the words for me. Also, when I take the quiz, it made me click an extra time to proceed to the next question. Other than those two items, the course was great.

Oct 13,2021First of all, the quizzes are full of trick questions where the only right answer is exactly what the course material said, even when it makes absolutely no sense. You have to go against common sense and choose an answer that is literally "Refusing the habits of distracted (driving) with a focus on (driving) is the best way to ensure safe driving." Then, when you complete the course, you get an email containing your certificate of completion for download so you can print it, but oh hold on! You have to download Adobe reader first, and it has to be on a PC, not mobile! That means you have to pay $9.99/month or you CANNOT open and print your certificate. No Adobe=no certificate, and if you have Adobe as a chrome extension and it happens to not be functioning? Well, you're just SOL. Maybe you'll get lucky and be able to download and pay for Adobe again.

Sep 23,2021I was able to complete this course at my own pace and time. It was very informational and I would recommend this to anyone looking to take an online course. However at the end of my completion I was instructed that my certificate would be emailed and I paid to have it mailed. I was able to email the company in reference to this issue just waiting to hear back.
