For the most part the course was put together very well. But I noticed offensive statements regarding uneducated, white males that make up for the most accidents and aggressive driving. Ethnicity shouldn't be a part of the course. Especially in this time for the Nation.

Well put together, highly informative and engaging Considering that the course Introduction indicated at the beginning that the course would be interactive I assume the main focus of interaction is found in the Quiz material. It was good to receive immediate feedback from an answer choice as I progressed through the material. Although there more than likely is not a solution to this, the course was 98% in written form, which can become a bit tedious. Perhaps including videos which include actual crash footage or interactive role playing regarding various distraction scenarios might be helpful. I enjoyed the ride along video the most. To be a bit more challenging, some of the tested content should only be available in the videos. The course was very well written in a collegial format that did not speak down to the participants and some of the multiple choice options were hilarious. Even though I have been driving for over 50 years, I learned a lot of interesting things in the course.

I think for the most part this is an excellent course. It's laid out well, and the information is very good and current. I do however think some of the answers were somewhat confusing and I don't know if they were "consistent throughout as referenced. But, I would say the course was a great refresher even if someone were not taking it as a court required course or a course to get "good points" on driving record.

This is my first time taking a driver improvement course and 247 drive has a great setup for course navigation along with thorough material. From registration to the exam, I did not experience any challenges with completing the course material. It is self-paced and the platform maintained the last place you stopped while also keeping track of the required hours before becoming eligible to take the final exam. Great work and I highly recommend it to anyone with interest in a driver improvement course! Thanks.

Clear instructions and helpful information. The only thing was the final test is tricky with the questions. Good learning experience.

This was a very easy site to navigate and the course was reasonable and very well written. Customer service was easy to contact the one time that I needed to and very helpful.

It was informative with good reminders. I think it's odd and pointless to have to complete 8 hrs. before taking the exam until that's part of the law.

247drive is a very cheap, easy and convenient way to please DMV and/the Courts. You can complete it anywhere at anytime.. whether you're on vacation, stuck at work or waiting for an oil change. I greatly appreciate this company and look forward to using them in the future, because no lie I have a lead foot LOL

Overall a pretty good course. There could be more videos and interactive material. I thought some of the test questions were ambiguous and overly specific— focusing on lesser important content. Also, I went through the first half of material in 2.5 hours. Should make it abundantly clear that you cannot take your test until you have logged in 8 hours—regardless of your competency.
