Oct 25,2019I found the course extremely frustration. When taking the module quiz I was constantly receiving the message - unauthorized access. I had to logout, clear my computer cache, close my browser, re-open the browser, log back in, find your module, go back to the quiz. The only way you did not receive this message is if you waited 20 seconds before answering the question, and then another 20 seconds once the answer was displayed before moving to the next question.

Oct 22,2019great price so the value is there (be sure to use their promo code) and I was able to pass the final exam with no problem, but the platform itself can use some work on UX and speed. Aso, a small hiccup at the UPS store where I went to take the final exam, but the customer success person on the phone was phenomenal and resolved the issue to my full satisfaction

Sep 26,2019It was a nice program for learning perspective, but I was kicked out so many times during the quiz modules that it was quite annoying. I had to log out and log in back almost every other modules....

Aug 23,2019Excellent customer service. However, website is "buggy," frequently kicking me out of quizzes, causing me to have to log out and log back in to proceed. Also, final exam was trickier than expected.

Aug 09,2019The questions are stupid in the quizzes and final exams. Not difficult, but they word the questions very strange... I still passed first try no problem but it was very annoying the way they asked questions. Would recommend a difficult driving class.

Aug 02,2019Easy to read the information and mini quiz help me retain the reading material but it kept logging me out after every few questions.Also I have to drive 30 miles out to take the actual test and I have to pay 10 to use their computer after I paid 33.95 I would like a refund please because I could have spent the same amount of money at a local drive class when I thought I could test at least in my on city.

Jul 23,2019When I would try to take a quiz after each module, it would tell me that I didn't have access to that page. It would do that in the middle of a quiz, making it hard to complete each quiz in one sitting. Just would recommend they troubleshoot the technology behind that and fix it.

Jul 10,2019247 drive made it possible for me to complete my 8 hour driving course while working two full time jobs. The mini quizzes make you able to pass the final exam on the first try. Only giving four stars because while taking the course I had to click multiple times, re login, and restart course to complete mini quizzes.

Jul 09,2019I would get an error message very often. Even when I went to take the final exam, I was almost done and it gave me an error message so I had to start all over again. It is mostly reading and answering questions so if you are more of a visual learner, this is not the course for you. And the special does not include all the additional fees ($10 wet ink certificate fee, $7 testing fee, ect).

Jun 29,2019What I liked about the class: 1. Well made, easy to read and quiz. 2. Large list of test sites What I didn’t like: 1. The software has a bug: once starting quiz, you intermittently stuck in the middle and the system tells that you’re not authorized to continue. It took me hours to find that the only way I can continue the class, is to log out and log back in. Very annoying. I found couple years old feedback stating the same problem, but it still not fixed 2. Marketing: they attract you with super cheap price, but once you start the process, you discover hidden fees, like DMV fee, testing fee etc. So, after all, the course cost is comparable with competitors. I made similar class many years ago and paid approximately same amount, but all the fees were disclosed upfront, unlike here

Nov 05,2019Super irritating. Kept getting "you are not authorized to view this page" errors and the support provided was abysmal. ...sure, service issues happen, but I had to lolg in and out and clear cookies over 30 times. I switched browsers, tried different machines. Nothing fixed it. Took me 5 hours and 44 minutes to finish the course but i had to KEEP CLICKING AROUND to hit 8 hours. Hence my request for more content! Content was very good and not boring, which is why this isn't getting just one star. I would have enjoyed more content. However, I didn't find out til the end that my in person certificate wouldn't be signed onsite, and now I'm stuck waiting for one to be mailed to me, praying it'll get here in time.
