my only compliant was getting kicked out of the system, which corrected easily. Otherwise no issues with the course work or taking the test at a test center of my choice...

If I could give this site a zero, I would. It was incredibly slow and it malfunctioned frequently. Even the workers at the store where I took it said that it was really bad.

This is one of the worst websites I've used in a very long time. You are very lucky that courts order people to use this website or I assume you would have been out of business years ago. I want to be constructive in my criticism so here are some areas in which you can improve: 1. Loading time: each page takes what feels like 10 seconds to load and over the 100+ pages that I had to read through, it felt like I was spending more time waiting for pages to load than learning to become a safer driver. 2. Random errors: during almost every single quiz I took, after answering a question correctly, I would inevitably receive an "answers cannot be changed" error message. This would cause me to have to keep pressing next over and over again (this compounded issue 1 to be even worse) before I could get to the next question. 3. What is the point of sending me to a UPS to take the final exam and pay another $6 (I did use your perpetually existing promo code so I guess that makes up for it)? Do you really think that the UPS guy with 3 customers in line and an old lady yelling at him because a UPS in Nantucket lost her package is gonna truly proctor the exam? 4. The guy I talked to in customer service was really cool though. Update: Thank you for the reply. I understand if it is state regulation.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Not only did the course not appear when I purchased it, I never received a return call from the service desk. Furthermore, when I went to take the test there were issues with connectivity preventing me from taking the final test in full. The representative provided false information which required more time spent in the car driving to and from the testing center. Absolute worst experience ever with the company and would give a 0/5 star if it were possible

Easy to use, very comprehensive coverage of information. The only suggestion I have would to include a full practice test to help with the extra hours after completing the 22 modules. I finished with 4 hours left and had to go through each section to fill up the time.

While I was taking the test it keep freezing up on me and made me to start all over again. Until these bugs are worked out I would not recommend the program.

I had no issue with access or interaction with the program. It was informative and the expectations were reasonable. Some questions on the quizzes and some on the test are awkwardly written, and that causes a bit of doubt into how to answer the question. Some could be re-written to be completely clear. I can't over-complain, however, as the quizzes did prepare me to succeed with the overall test without difficult. Overall, I know more than I did when I started, and can appreciate some of the more esoteric aspects of driving and safety as a result of the way the course was presented.

The course was very convenient and had quality information. The reason I give 3 instead of 5 stars is because of the technological issues I encountered. While in the middle of quizzes or modules I'd get an error message stating I didn't have access to the page. This caused me to refresh and restart a lot and took more time than necessary. I do recommend the course though! Good alternative to having to go in-person to an 8-hour course.

Overall very good experience. Online course was spot on, price was right, the training adequately prepared you for the final exam, and customer support was prompt and courteous. Only issues I had were with the 8 hr timeline requirement and the confusion at the testing site.

There was a lot of information that I wasn't aware of, I learned a lot, and the process was easy and simple to get done. Also the price for the test and the class was not expensive at all.

I had a lot of difficulty with the platform taking me to "you're not authorized to view this page" in the middle of going through the modules as well as taking the quizzes.

There were grammatical errors in the content, and at times navigating the site was not user friendly. When it came to taking the final exam the test site found it difficult to get me in because the instructions provided to them lacked clarity.
