Apr 24,2025Lack of transparency It was not obvious in their emails that the policy would auto renew and I was not given the opportunity to check all the details beforehand. Payment was taken but the policy documents have not been emailed. You cant log on to check details online. I havent used their breakdown service so cant comment on that. Cheap price but be prepared to be bombarded with requests to review them and remember to cancel auto renewal..

Apr 23,2025Well, just bought the breakdown cover on Monday - didn’t commence till Tuesday snd within 5 mins they’re emailing to tell me I’d ‘forgotten’ this extra and that extra …. nit really the nicest welcome - just money touting at its worse!!! Still thinking of cancelling (still within the 2 weeks cooling off period) as this does not I still any confidence in their ‘care’ for me / the policy holder. Regardless, the price was good Vs.the competition and like for like, they’re cheaper - let’s hope I don’t regret buying cheap.
