So what went wrong this time? Well....Subject. Home Property Insurance. I left a one star review of this company, after trying to claim for storm damage. Reading their so called policies, they claim they always get back to poor reviews to try put things right? No one has contacted us. Can you believe in the 'small print' somewhere it says we are not insured for storm damage, allegedly! Cant seem to find that clause. One of our trees fell over damaging a neighbours property. The girl on the phone could not give me straight answer and kept changing the subject when I asked 'are we insured for storm damage for our property?" She eventually put me on hold unable to answer a simple question. It looks like we are going to have to pay for the damage ourselves. Storm damage is one of the most fundamental requirements for home insurance. The next question is of course 'What is one insured for?' .....Very little is my guess. 2Gether Insurance. Very difficult to deal with. Now contacting Insurance Ombudsman.

Seems great untill you need the service,then they try to wiggle out of the service you pay for.when you read the reviews great at taking your money .not many reviews about a great service when you need it.!!!!!!!!!

Starts off pricing as cheap, however starts hitting you with add ons which puts the original price alot higher than advert.
Car wouldn't start, so I called 2gether and they came out within 2 hours. Not too bad. So I thought...they jump started me and said I need to get my battery checked. 2gether said if I wanted them to come out again for the same issue, I'd need an invoice to prove it had been looked at. 2days later I managed to get a mobile mechanic to come look who said there was no issue with the battery at all and it actually is the starter motor, but advised I get it to a workshop. Also jumpstarting unnecessarily cause more issues. So, today I was due to take it in, but of course it wouldn't start again. Since I've had it looked at by someone else in the meantime AND GOT AN INVOICE AS INSTRUCTED I expected they would come out to help. Maybe even tow me to the garage. Nope. Said since they recently came out, I'd have to pay £120. Regardless of the fact that when they did come out, all he did was jump start it, which wasn't the issue. He didn't do any diagnostic or anything. Literally just got it running. So now I'm in a position where I need to get my car seen, but I can't get it anywhere because it won't start because 2gether did the bare minimum and now won't help anymore. If they had actually come out and done a real job 1st time around I wouldn't be so annoyed. Even the lady on the phone said "we came out because it wouldn't start and we got it started again". I would've appreciated it if they actually used their eyes to see what was wrong.
Been trying to remove a vehicle of my two car breakdown cover for almost a week. Tried telephoning twice without success. Tried emailing customer service and customer complaint dept and no reply whatsoever. Cowboy set up !!
I’ve had breakdown cover for 12 months and was given a very good renewal price, so decided to renew for another year. Good communication, site easy to use. I’ve not needed breakdown, so can’t say much else. Would recommend. Thank you.

Stranded in Scotland.... no help at all, only to be told my policy is void as I have a bed in the back of my van. Rang up to cancel and I wasn't even asked why.... customer service is extremely poor... I was made to feel that I was a job number and not a person... sad.
