Apr 14,2025Process was smooth and simple to renew. I made a call before renewing to ask a couple of questions and see if they could provide a better price to match another provider. The call was answered swiftly with no long holds and knowledgeable answers given promptly. Better price was also given. Couldn’t give 5 stars just based on not having to use the service to see how it is handled.

Apr 14,2025I took out the policy on Friday and I have still not received the policy to my email.I tried ringing got a message no one there due to covid.You have taken the money out of my bank on Friday for the policy,so quick enough to do that.

Apr 14,2025Easy to deal with. Have had a policy with them for two years. Affordable premiums, and good service offering compared to the national companies But, never needed to claim so cannot say how easy, difficult or reasonable that might be.

Apr 14,2025Unfortunately these are great until you need them. I paid £150 for my membership. Broke down and required a jump start. I called these guys and waited 40minutes, despite being down the road from the garage their agents are coming from. A bystander eventually gave me a jump start. I was charged £120 excess because I wanted to get back to work as quickly as possible and did not use the service. After this I've tried numerous times to email to discuss this and even to cancel my policy. Each time met with frustration. Requesting call backs from managers who call next day and if you miss the call. They don't pick up even right after. Emails are never replied to and left on hold if you want to contact them for any issues. Avoid. Much better going elsewhere.

Apr 14,2025Have used together breakdown insurance for 2 years now. Thankfully I’ve never had to use them but feel safe in the knowledge that I’ve covered everything including potholes ,tyres etc in case of an emergency. They offer everything all the other breakdown groups have and at a fraction of the price - extremely happy and have converted several friends
