Apr 19,2025This company is an abomination. DO NOT USE THEM. They try not to come out for anyone, I tried once to get them out for what turned out to be a broken strut, but my bf came and drove the car to his mates so I cancelled the call-out. His friend, over the course of a couple of days, replaced the strut and all was good again. Maybe three weeks later, I had a flat battery, called them out for a jump start, and the exceptionally rude man on the phone refused to send anyone and actually sniggered when I said the previous mechanical fault had been repaired and was obviously unrelated to a flat battery. I've never been spoken to so disrespectfully in my entire life. This was customer DIS-service at it's highest. These are cheap for a reason, spend a bit extra for a decent recovery service, this company should be avoided at all costs.

Apr 19,2025Great policy...unless your car breaks down. My wife called them when smoke started billowing out the car as the engine made a screaming noise. They refused to come out because "the car was able to start" and told her to drive it to the nearest garage! They were quite to leave her stranded! Appalling company.

Apr 18,2025My rating is based only on the benefits and the price of the breakdown cover I purchased. This is my first time with them so I have no experience of how they handle and deal with any vehicle breakdown issue you report to them so until then I cannot comment.
