Jan 08,2024I am disappointing and fuming of my deposit which I did not use, and staff from 32Red Casino confirmed via email that the payment was not received. £20, £30, and £30 should have been refunded straightaway into my bank account, instead, many many days has passed and no actions has been taking care in place. I telephoned yesterday after I was discharged from hospital, staff is rude, unhelpful and no sensible actions and good willing to refund my own money. Evidently, I have all the documentations that they claimed, and confirmed that deposit was bounced back but my bank paid 32Red Casino and my bank is not happy about the outcome. Unfair, misleading and unhelpful staff - who can however do the reverse payment back into my card. I am hoping someone is there and who can help as I saw with my two eyes- reviews and comments here in Trust Pilot has not even dealt with- by 32Red Casino staff. Please help if you can.

Jan 08,2024£65 never up on any deposit it feels horrible to play and the wins suck big time I finally got a feature and I get 65p what a joke I will never use this site again it feels fixed compared to foxy and I've lost over £400 no returns here on 25p games it's a joke.

Dec 30,2023There should be a zero star option.played £20 a day for 10 days and not once made £1 profit. Can count my bonus features on 1 hand. And biggest bonus win was £12.more chance of finding a £50 note in a desert. Avoid !!!!

Dec 27,2023Terrible site,I lodged in 20e from a revolut account of mine not what I would normally use but still my account then get an email from 32Red saying they reviewed my account and are closing it permanently and can not be reversed,I used this card on paddy powers plus other sites with no problem at all with lodging or withdrawing,32Red is a scam site as far as I'm concerned as I been playing online for many years,there are many more sites out there with better slots,live casino and definitely bonuses 32red site is a joke....DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Dec 17,2023Avoid at all cost. Used my 250 free spins upon joining only to find that I then had to wager a further £9k+ in order to withdraw my £50 winnings. Awful conditions attached to winnings for new members and there are loads of better gambling sites that give you genuine bonuses unlike the misleading offers given by 32Red which are worthless. Also waited an age for my withdrawal to arrive. AVOID!

Jan 18,2024I played with 32 red for the first time yesterday, I desposited £20 and they gave me a 150% bonus (£30) so I played with £50 and had to wager 30x. I successfully wagered 30 x and so had £78 overall. Withdrew £68 and played with £10 won £40, then lost the £40 hehe. So £68 was withdrawn to my account! Had fun as well. Some of their tables are rigged but you can use it to your advantage.
