Oct 17,2023Created account, deposited using my bank account, lost around 500 GBP, then an acca won 1200 GBP. Requested withdraw of the funds to my bank account. Then my account is permanently closed with no explanation regarding why (they did not even bother emailing me about it when they closed it). They told me they will only refund the amount I deposited, no winnings. This is despite the fact that I truthfully advised them this will cause me financial hardship due to losses on other websites. The site is no longer registered with IBAS (maybe connected to all the large fines they received from UK Gambling Commission)? If they had only closed the account before all the many deposits and bets being placed, would have saved everyone a lot of hassle. Have reported to eCogra, and will see how that goes. It should be noted, I have gambled for over 20 years and never once moaned about losing money, never disputed a transaction, and they cannot accuse me of any bonus abuse because I did not use any bonus!

Oct 06,2023Start paying out instead of taking money off people put £200 in on one game never got bonuses never really payed anything out would win more at skegness your not doing what you advertise on TV avoid this and it took 8 hours to pay £30 out that's how much I got back out of £200 put in to play the game

I played a lot of money ,no winnings at all .And the worse part was when I saw that no matter I have a deposit limit it was exceeded by 450 £ and the deposits were still going .I emailed a customer support and the only response I get was that they will have a look and they just blocked my account .I still don't have any response from them ,no matter I was sending another emails .I would recommend to avoid this site as they are complete scammers !!! And the games are just empty no bonuses, no offers and barely any winnings ! One of the worst I have ever played !

Oct 03,2023AVOIDDDDDD!!!!! Avoid this site at all costs. Withdrawals are supposed to be processed within 24 hours its a lie. You don’t even receive your withdrawal, was told id receive my withdrawal by 5pm yesterday which i never did. I contacted them they stated id get it by the end of yesterday still nothing! Now Im being told id receive it today by 5pm. What casino makes one payment per day at 5pm?? Its a big scam and they keep your withdrawals making excuses after excuses. BE WARNED!!!

Oct 01,2023Absolutely poor site, put around £300 in 2 days playing slots no wins I spent 2 hours on one game with no bonus, granted I was only betting small, never received my 20% deposit bonus on 2 occasions, we all know gambling is a risk but this site really does not pay in my experience, maybe 🤔 I’m just unlucky but looking at the reviews most people think the same and they say they are the UKs number 1 online Casino 🤷♂️. Kept kicking me out of games and loading other games instead, the suspicious side of me thinks It did this to stop any potential wins 🤷♂️🤨 Use at your own risk ⛔️ but better and fairer sites to use in my opinion

Sep 30,2023I use a few different sites for bingo and slots but 32Red is shocking! It stated a 150% bonus on first deposit, added £100 and I got no bonus whatsoever. Every game just drains your money and gives very little back. There’s way better sites out there. Avoid!

Sep 27,2023It’s a shame I have to start this review with one star you should be able to give no stars and review. I have just closed my account after three years with immediate effect scam artists. In fair odds. Then they ask me to do a survey restrict my account because I give my honest opinion !!!! stay away from this application. I would rather spend my money with Gala bet365 or any other application in the UK other than this?

Sep 19,2023I had a self imposed £10 a week limit, I managed to win on live games putting my account well into profit for year, after another £60 win they put a deposit block on my account and said it was as a result of my gambling transactions with other providers, due to an affordability study, yea like £10 a week is too much, terrible site who clearly don't like it if you win, advoid at all costs.

Sep 17,2023They make it virtually impossible to close your account so you keep dumping money into it. Absolute vultures with no intentions of letting you win. If by some miracle you do win a bit of money the next game you play just eats everything and they say its random. Hope everyone does what I did and closes their account so they can't keep robbing them

Wasn’t until I deposited £10 that they decided to lock my account, and when I’ve asked for a refunded they have said no transaction has been made even though it’s literally on my PayPal transactions list. Advisors have no clue what they’re doing either pretty much calling me a liar until I sent proof of purchase . Avoid like the plague people!
