Nov 05,2023Scammers I gave me an error trying to make a deposit but the money's been taken out of my account. Tried to speak with customer support and apparently they are looking into it and will email me soon. That was two weeks ago. ABSOLUT B@LSH!T

Nov 04,2023Requested withdrawals in the past small amounts and had zero issues. Get a bit of a larger amount and they won't release funds until monday apparently even though I Requested at 1.30pm within their time frames and they emailed confirming my request at 1.43pm I won't be paying anything to them anymore when you win you should get it in a far better time scale than 4 days my partner got 20k on a much better site and had that within 4hours so there's not really an excuse unless there's some money laundering going on somewhere. All seems very odd. Will update when I receive my funds. Oh and I also got locked out of my account when I was checking the withdrawal status. Apparently put my fingerprint saved password in wrong....? Also the bonuses you get you have to play 300 times to get to keep the funds so theyre a scam? To be honest out of all the sites this is the least favourite which is a shame cause Keith lemon is brilliant. Hope he stops being the face for this company.

Oct 30,2023I made a withdrawal of £1800 on the 19/10/2023 I got an email on the 20th to say it was a failed withdrawal. I contacted them to be told it would be put straight back into my account for me to withdraw and advised me to withdraw as a bank transfer. It didn't go back onto my account so on the same day (20th) another agent asked me for my bank details and said it would be sent by manual bank transfer and would receive that day by 5pm. 5pm came and no funds I then received an email to say my account had been permanently closed. I contacted on the 21st to be told it would be paid to me on the following Monday (23rd) by 5pm again no money. Spoke to someone again to be told they were having issues and it would be with me by Wednesday (25th) by 5pm again nothing and then the same again on Thursday (26th) it came to Friday with still no money and asked again for my details to be sent by manual bank transfer. We are now 11 days later and have been told around 10 different stories from different agents.

Oct 26,2023A total rip off company , I joined up you have to give three proofs of identity, it has to be to be passport , utilities bill and driving licence ect got my free spins , won over £1200 try to withdraw money but you cant do it until documents verified , waited over 7days for docs to be verified , never happened spoke to agent didnt get anywhere with them , and they closed my account with no refund for the original £100 I deposited and no winnings . So please dont be a fool like me and stay well away from this rip off site ☠️

Oct 25,2023So disappointed with 32Red's lack of customer service and loyalty that if I could give zero stars I would. So it started last Wednesday when I requested a withdrawal of funds from my account of £75, when they processed it on Thursday the paid in excess of £7.4k in to my bank!! Me being an honest person immediately contacted the help centre who responded within 24hrs to tell me not to spend the excess funds and to arrange to transfer it back, which I did on Friday afternoon as soon as I got the bank details from them. As yet I have not heard a peep from them to thank me for my honesty or to even acknowledge receipt of the excess funds, despite many emails! From bad to so much worse is that since then 32Red seem to not be processing my withdrawals from my account, over £400 in withdrawals still waiting to be processed since the weekend, surprisingly no replies from Amy of my attempts to contact them, hence this review! Are 32Red in serious financial trouble or are the just purposely ignoring me??? AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Update No response from 32Red despite several emails and live chat, will be reporting 32Red to the relevant authorities, absolutely shocking!

Been waiting hours so far for payments but judging by others reviews I'm in for an endless wait!! Customer service needs massive improvement too, proper little jobsworths giggling away for their minimum wage.

Over 2 grand playing on only one game and never put me over 400 in balance. Infact only once 400. Loaded 10 times 50 quid on 2 pounds game steak and just took them without even paying a single line of minimum bet . I underatand gambling is a risk but there must be gain too. They r having problems with paying out to people I’ve been waiting a week for a payment they said I should’ve got on Friday getting disgusting now they don’t contact you they don’t do anything they make you chase and you spent hours on the phone trying to speak to Sam1 for nothing.

My number hit with 500x onit and I should off won 600 pounds of £1.20p on number 7 but I received 39 pounds because they said they was right when they are not because I've got a screen shot of it saying x500 on number 7 but no winnings?? when I got thought to Customer services they was laughing in the back ground it didn't feel Professional the phone call at all they said is I had to email them everything through So I did in the fashion they wanted and they still said that I wasn't right so I think this 32 cosino in my eyes are just there to rob ya every time ive had a win with quinnbet ladbrokes Coral mrq no problem what so ever.
