Dec 10,2024Was gradually gaining on the "20p Roulette" then coming back later to carry on it would be bugged (not letting me click the table to place bets). Happened once each day for the 2 days I used it.. refreshed/restarted browser and used a private window to try and fix it, no luck. I then switched to a different low stakes table out of annoyance which continued to almost consecutively hit the wrong numbers, low odds considering the bet I was using. Of course this could all be horrific luck but being bugged out of the one table I was doing good on... sus.

Dec 09,2024It's just horrendous. You just can't get a bonus to save your life, hundreds and hundreds of spins and it gives you nothing. Theres no fun to be had when u can't get a simple bonus. Every win you get it literally less than you're betting. It just grinds you down, down and down without any enjoyment.

Dec 08,2024AVOID The experience I’ve had with this one is the up most disappointing, not been with them long but in all honestly, not like the rest in the market when it comes to the slots and the choice of some games they just not up to date and don’t have and when you play there’a no intensive it’s basically let’s see what I can take from you as your getting nothing back, poor to say the least I know it’s not just about getting back but how can you enjoy when you play with £50 straight and you get £1.20 back is just unbelievable

Nov 30,2024TOTALLY DISGUSTING. Been with this site for a couple of years. Lost a lot of money, had some wins, but nothing special. After all the time I was with them, they suddenly blocked me depositing. I am a middle aged guy, I a very good job, and can afford to play, however my advice now is totally AVOID them. They have zero idea of customer service or loyalty. 32red you are a disgrace

Nov 21,2024Easily by far the worst online casino I have experienced. Deposited £20 with the 150% sign on bonus making it a total of £50 in the balance. Slots stake split is 60% bonus and 40% cash each spin - it also seems to split the same way with winnings (if you even get any with the dead spins and non-existent bonuses). So basically zero point in even playing since the winnings mostly go back into the bonus balance which can’t be withdrawn until the total amount of bonus is staked about 50x. Out of the £50 total, I hit zero bonus spins until there was £0.88 left and then I hit 2 but they returned £8 between them and of course, 60% went back into bonus balance. Live casino games like game shows and roulette etc were also basically broken with technical issues.

Nov 10,2024I get it house always wins but I'm down £1320 the past 3 months I play for the thrill 50p a go know my limits lol but this casino in my honest opinion is pretty scummy definitely something going on Will never hit the bonus and if it does you will get site error ok you can go back to the game and start your bonus again but it always gives you a terrible amount this happened twice in a row one after the other it isn't a coincide.... All though the games are nice the site is great you even have a sense of like progression like after youre done with the slot youre playing you take off where you left kind of thing after depositing for a little fun this Saturday evening I have come to the conclusion I will not be using the site anymore.
