However, I've been a member of 32red for quite some years, therefore, I can clearly remember and reflect on my time here with personal clarity. Times up with complaining, it's blowing in the wind, a waste of time because nothing will change, Money is the root of all evil and the good will towards the players have gone, along with all the other valuable attributes that make a business great Same people who run coral and it was horrible to see the horses race with the coral logo, after experiencing the coral casino site and get much of the same now at 32red Sticky reels, no win worth having, logged in and out, good at taking lots of money off me this Christmas, but not even prepared to give me a fluid gaming experience, without the problems mentioned, to name just a few To cap it off, when it comes to safer gambling, 32red pay lip service to that commitment because they make it impossible to delete your account on line. Oh did you want me to call you and spend more of my hard earned money coming to an agreement about a decision I would like to make without speaking to you. So I've self excluded for the maximum available period, just over a month, thanks guys, you must be so proud of the people you are.

Jan 02,2025Wow AVOID…what a crock this company is :( If i could give no stars i would 😡 I have been playing ‘2 fold Gold’ & built up the X? Bonuses but after over 800+ spins i’ve never triggered the bonus :( I contacted customer support who said “It’s gambling & can’t expect to win a jackpot everytime” I never mentioned the Jackpot & understand the ups & downs of gambling but to not trigger a bonus after so many spins is Ludacris it really is :( Theres another review on here who had same issue with same game? I have played this game on other sites so know the mechanics of it i.e bonus triggers but nope not here i’m sure theres a glitch? Is there anyone i can ask to look into it please? I’ve spent a lot of money here & feel very hard done by to say the least 🤬 AVOID these Scammers!!!

Dec 30,2024Took deposit out my account instantly and it never showed in my online account, so got it touch and was advised to wait 3 day's to see if it appears back in my bank account! So decided to fill in there survey questions and obviously they didn't like one of my answers ( ie a kid could set up an account with ease but takes a genius to close it) So they've closed my account on there behalf with my money still missing! What are the odds of that?

Dec 30,2024Although I have won on a few different games today I played a game where I have invested a lot of money into the game to get the Bonuses. I reached the bonus on 2 occasions and on each occasion of the 3 spins I won £0. We play these games to get the bonus so when you do not pay out anything, twice, on the same game then you are scamming the players into placing .ore bets. This is not ethical and damn right disappointing to get to bonus games and receive nothing.

Dec 28,2024The bonus simply never becomes real cash. I wagered over 50x the deposit and bonus and still didn't turn to cash. Very scummy website, definitely avoid at all costs.

Dec 23,2024DO NOT USE THEM* they have stolen money out of my account. They allowed me to open account and then let me deposit over 8 deposits. My last deposit when I got a bonus they blocked my account with money on my balance and said it was due to GameStop that has not been active for over 9 years! They argue with you on support and they have refunded only half of the money that was left in my Balance bearing in mind it was my money! I did not win anything because they blocked me before I could. They also have paid 7.1 million in fines due to failures to protect customers and fraudulent activities. Please report any issues with this company I currently have ongoing reports with them and won’t stop until they stop scamming people

Dec 21,2024Very poor site. As soon as you get a bonus amount you cannot bet on sports and if you withdraw any money you loose all your bonus. So a waste of time having the bonus in the first place.

I am pretty smart now and I do not waste money here again waiting for a payday when I can get paydays at So Lick-Unity without having to gamble and gamble. I am very done with this site. Dec 15,2024Deposited 600 pounds to play a game that they are advertising as “hot” called “2 fold the gold” I deposited five lots of 50 pounds and five lots of 70 pounds. I played over three hours and did not receive one bonus. This in itself is possibly expected however, when the game gave me two of the bonus, four leaf clover, it persistently gave me the same two features on the missing reel of 2 wilds this for three hours. I play online casinos a lot more than I should, and I know that this game has a massive bug and yet 32red are advertising it as their hot game on the top of their casino advertising. I do not feel that this is a fair or ethical way for an online casino to conduct its business, I have also contacted the ombudsman about this if the powers that be including the online casinos want people to gamble safely, they should make their gameplay fair. To make matters worse I was actually cut out of the game and asked for documents to continue stating that there had been a change in my deposits They use this to get people out of the game, but never take responsibility themselves. When I contacted them in chat all they would answer was we tested the game and there’s nothing wrong with it . Be very, very careful when playing games on this website online casino. In the end, I withdrew my last 71 pounds. Further to this review and added the day after - I deposited another £100 played this game and won £600 but it is still true to say that the gameplay is very suspect and doesn’t play well because it consistently played through the same reel patterns and refused to give a bonus

Dec 13,2024First time player. Deposited a £100 excepting the welcome bonus and received nothing. Contacted customer support who were no help and said I wasn’t entitled to anything - what can I do? A new player (haven’t lost any money or been banned anywhere) and that was it. Played one disgruntled game of blackjack afterwards and lost to a blackjack - need I say more, AVOID!!!
