Mar 09,2025No bonuses at all. Im totally dumbfounded at how utterly bad this casino is. 2nd time visiting, thought id give it benefit of the doubt. Absolute dumbfounded by how they can switch the bonuses off. Like you can't get a bonus at all. There are no bonus rounds on here. Hundreds and hundreds of spins. It's just bizzare how they are allowed to keep operating, and such a big name in the UK. It's a criminal organisation. They're just stealing money.

Mar 08,2025Absolutely disgusting deposit money and they give you bonus money. But what they don't tell you is that you are playing with bonus money all the time. Other sites stipulate before you play a game that it's bonus money not 32Red. I just won big on a game to find it's all bonus money!!!!!! What a con. Took a screen shot when I saw my winnings had all been put into bonus not real money

Mar 07,2025They blocked my account and no one can tell me anything as to why or how long its going to take and i have money on there that I have been waiting 4 days to withdraw and when you call some one its like they are reading off a card same answers every time no matter whom you talk to and when ask to speck to a manger they say there isn't any.

Feb 27,2025I am going to give 32Red 5* for Customer Service to give a balanced review of the other reviews here. Because at the weekend 32 red reached out to me and said due to an error with sister systems I had gone over my monthly £500 deposit limit so they said they were going to put £500 back into my account on the same day - to which they did. They temp suspended my account until I verify how I want to split the monthly deposit limit but kudos to 32Red for reaching out to me.

Feb 24,2025Total scam happy to let you bet as much as you want until you win . They will suspend your account even though its verified and ask for further security information. Then they try and make it near impossible to pass security as they refuse all documents for absurd reasons. Most people give up at this point because they make it so hard to prove your id. I kept going and finally got paid out but will never use again AVOID at all costs.

Wins are derisory a few pounds here and there £40 gone in a matter of an hour of so PLUS I don’t know what their app does in the background but it leeches power and I literally watch the battery go down. Take my advice stay well ckear - the fact they’ve not claimed the TP profile is all you need to know. Complete scam outfit and they’ll happily keep taking your money till you’re cleaned out. They apparently updated to site to make it better but not one person can even locate the tipping point game to play, there’s no where to laugh the game, bonuses are a JOKE, never win with free spins, and when you do have to wager it 35x so it’s pointless you still end up with nothing.
