Amanda was very helpful, calling me before the survey to talk through some of the points that I had asked Liz, to look at during the survey. I received a call from Liz after the survey had been completed to discuss initial thoughts on the property and then a very detailed survey report promptly after payment as well. Highly recommend this business for any surveying needs.

Feb 05,2024Amanda was very friendly and worked quickly and professionally to arrange a Homebuyer Survey for the property we’re purchasing. She is fab! My other half spoke to Liz the surveyor, and we were both pleased to get a phone call following the survey to give a brief overview and provide some initial reassurance. She delivered a comprehensive survey quickly and has enabled us to be fully informed about the property. Never used 3 Counties before, and whilst we don't intend to move for a good long while after this (the joys/stresses of moving, eh!), we will gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone we know. I got an appointment for a survey very quickly and got a call straight after where he took the time to ran me past his evaluation and explained everything in detail. The report got sent very quickly after I paid the bill. You can feel that they are a local business which is eager to have close costumer relationships. As the old saying goes 'You are not just a number'.

Tony did a really detailed and helpful report and was happy to go through the questions we had. He also did a follow up visit for us which was incredibly helpful.
