They were clear and efficient with us and the Estate Agents with regards to setting up the survey, and provided a clear and timely report for us that was extremely helpful. Not only that but Tony called us as soon as he had done the visit to let us know it was done and when we should expect the report. He also gave us an hour of his time to go through the questions that we had and to give us some helpful thoughts and information. Oct 25,2023Whilst looking at various companies for the cost of a Homebuyers survey on the house on which we had put in an offer we phoned 3 Counties Surveyors who responded within the hour with a price. That was on a Friday afternoon. On the Monday a date for only one week later was in the diary - after a very courteous phone call. The survey was carried out on the agreed date and a very courteous phone call to outline the main points raised followed - that was Friday and on the Monday the report arrived by email. All in all a swift and efficient process.

From first contact with Hayley to arrange the survey through to production of the survey report, the service is responsive and first class. In this latest property there were some particular areas of concern. Immediately after carrying out the survey Tony called to review his findings which was really appreciated. The report was received a few days later. Even after the report was prepared Tony was happy to answer questions and provide support. Dec 19,2023Could not have been better - a really friendly and efficient team who fitted us in to a busy schedule at minimal notice and turned around a survey on a Grade II listed property in under a week. Tony called us immediately after the survey was carried out and spent a lot of time walking us through what the report was going to say before the paper version was created, which was appreciated. Everyone involved was great - we were thoroughly impressed and would not hesitate to recommend their services (in fact, we have just instructed them for a second time). Really top notch. Thank you.
