Tony also offered us a telephone conversation following the paperwork, which was really helpful to go through the key areas in a quick summary before we spent time going through the survey in detail after. Tony provided lots of visual images helping us to understand the descriptions better.

As a first time buyer this was my first experience with booking a survey so it was all a bit daunting, Tony was super helpful and informative during the process.The survey was booked in quickly and as soon as it was completed he gave me a call to talk through the high level points which was super useful so that we could pick up anything with the seller quickly that was concerning to us. Apr 21,2020The best way to describe Tony’s service is reassuring. Buying my first house was daunting enough, especially since I decided on a period property. I knew the house wasn’t going to be perfect, and I needed a surveyor who would judge it according to the age and how it was built, not through the lens of a new-build. Tony was just that person. His advice was sound, but not alarmist, especially when it came to damp. He is very knowledgeable on the subject, and was very clear and realistic about what needs to be done short term and also what can wait for a couple years. Tony got in touch after I put my details on a surveyor quoting website. From the beginning he was informative, generous with his time and responsive. I ask a lot of questions and Tony has been very patient and happy to share his knowledge, not only in the moment, but also now that I am in the house. I am very grateful to learn from his years of experience. I would highly recommend his services.

Great level of detail in there and Tony phoned me in advance of the report coming through to break it down for me in more simple terms. He was easy to get hold of and a very nice chap to deal with.
