We have a level 3 survey which was great, very detailed but also what I found most helpful was the phone call from Tony just after he had completed the survey - he quite rightly pointed out the key issues with the property but gave an overall professional opinion on whether the property was good to purchase. We then recieved the report the next working day which was much quicker than expected. Very happy with the process and highly recommend.

Tony gave me a call after the survey had been carried out to give a brief overview of his findings, and the full report followed the next day. Very detailed and helpful report and overall a great friendly service, added bonus that they were actually one of the cheaper quotes we had. Would definitely recommend.

Firstly, 3 Counties Surveying respond quickly to my online quote inquiry and provided a very good price when compared with other surveyor companies. Also they respond very quick in email. Then, they super quickly came to my house in just a couple of days (not weeks), and finish everything professionally and fast. Finally, I only need to pay after they came and conducted the valuation, not like most other companies that I need to pay a higher fee much earlier, then set a time weeks away. I will definitely continue to use their service for my future valuations
