The report was turned around within a few days and Tony was more than happy to chat on the phone anytime about any aspects we were concerned about or needed advice on. Jun 03,2020Tony undertook the initial Building survey of our property prior to completion, and we have used him on occasions since to provide some advice prior to undertaking construction works. His reports are exceptionally detailed and contain information on all aspects of our Victorian Terraced property, including advice on potential future maintenance issues. He is punctual and responsive to email / phone queries and explains required works / issues in a clear and concise manner. I'd highly recommend 3 counties surveying.

May 21,2020Tony was fantastic from start to finish, when we initially contacted him he was very swift to respond within a day or two. We were very grateful that he was able to do a full building survey considering the country being in lockdown, he was available when we needed. Tony kindly gave us a call on the day of the survey after he was done to have a brief talk about what he surveyed. He is always available by email or phone and responds quickly to queries. Very pleased with our report, it’s very detailed, this is our first home so we really didn’t know what to look for. Highly recommend you use Tony for any of your survey needs excellent service from start to finish he truly goes above and beyond, we are extremely happy customers!!
