Let me start by saying I love my crystal! I actually bought it as a gift and the person who received it loved it as well. The customer service throughout my ordering process was phenomenal, especially considering all communication was done via email or phone. Even when there was an error on my behalf they went above and beyond to fix it so that I could have the perfect crystal. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a unique, thoughtful gift!

By far the best online experience ever... I would definitely recommend 3D innovation to anyone seeing how my friends and family's eyes light up after receiving their gift is priceless the pictures on the website doesn't do the actual item enough justice! I'm beyond happy and will most certainly order again soon... Thanks you guys

Best experience ever!!! I called and needed the order the next day. I was walked through the process flawlessly and got the medium cube in less than 24 hours. The image was better than expected and was the highlight of my parents 60th anniversary. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again.😍
