May 26,2018The crystal was a gift for my mom. It has a picture of her and my youngest (now deceased) brother dancing at his wedding. The 3D effect of them holding hands and smiling and the level of detail is priceless and made her feel that he is right there with her. She LOVES it.

May 21,2018Clicked on a last minute mother day gift link email from 3d innovation that promised to get it here by mother's day. I was informed via a voice mail that I didn't pick the right shipping and when I tried to call back the customer care and offices were closed the whole weekend. I got a call back Monday (after mothers day) to inform me that the item was being finished and should mail out that day. Told them to keep it given the doghouse I was in with the wife.

May 18,2018I recently purchased a crystal for my wife for her birthday in March.the sales man “medo” was very insightful and informative about the product.i was blown away by the dedication to professionalism he displayed even though he saw I clearly was not interested.he did not let that deter him he was patient enough to find out what it was that had not flipped the switch with me about his product,and after talking to me for no more than 3-4 mins he figured out what would be the selling ploy that he needed to put me over the top and close the deal.i ultimately ended up purchasing a crystal but even upgrading it to a much larger one ,because I was able to see the worth.so patience knowledge of product and professionalism were all used to make 3d innovations and u hope to see more and more of these businesses continue to prosper
