Jun 29,2019For the amount that I payed the packaging of the crystals was 👎🏿 not good . It was not nice at all because it looked ok worn out and not matching the expensive look ( because it was expensive!)

He was so patient and kind throughout the process of picking pictures and he even showed me an example of what my completed piece would look like. The finish product couldn't have been better. She answered questions, gave good suggestions and was very friendly, yet professional. Very quick turn around on products ordered! Jun 17,2019Found out about these keychains when my parents passed, funeral home charged $150, couldn’t afford it. I was very happy when I met the young lady at Opry Mills! The same keychain was $40! I didn’t have the chance to purchase from her that day, but she gave me a card for an online use. I’m so glad! I love it! It is absolutely perfect! Thank you!
