May 14,2019The process is super easy to order, however I wish I could have viewed a "template" of what it would look like. I would have chosen a different pic. The pic I chose was hard to make out in a keychain model.

May 01,2019The crystal is quite expensive for what it is. I also sent a picture and wasn't told all elements wouldn't be present on the crystal and was quite disappointed in what I received.
