May 21,2021Turnt up not knowing a thing about driving, met my instructor Baset for the first time and straight away felt comfortable. He helped me relax whilst learning to drive and couldn’t ask for a better instructor. Didn’t get frustrated with me if anything went wrong and am glad to of worked with him.

May 17,2021I attended the corse in St. Helens with graham, Chris, Andy and Paul. I was assigned Andy as my instructor, while I find that Andy was a genuine nice person in himself, his instruction left a lot to be desired. For example in a 30 limit I was not allowed to go above a 20 limit, in a 40 I had to do under 30 miles per hour and in a 60 I had to do 40/45. This was not instructing me to drive to either the road conditions or traffic conditions at the time. I feel that this was actually putting myself in danger to the large build up in traffic behind constantly looking for opportunities to pass me. Also when I was on the road he continuously told me about things I didn’t need to be told about - for example. If a bus was indicating. I couldn’t clearly see this yet I was still being told unnecessarily which was distracting me from my driving. Furthermore, His feet never left the pedals on his side and he was breaking unnecessary, using the clutch when it wasn’t needed and basically driving for me rather than teaching. Along all these reasons there was also the occasion where I asked him to help on my theory and in his words he said “ I don’t know about theory, you’ll have to speak to graham”- I spoke to Chris on Monday about my concerns and he said he would have a word with Andy on Tuesday morning. This was done and nothing changed. Once this was said to Chris he then instructed another pupil to get in with Andy to confirm this. She did and agreed totally with my findings. So on Wednesday we went out again with Andy and nothing changed again. On Thursday I was assigned a new instructor who I seen in the class room before and have learnt more with Paul in 1 day than I have the past 3. I passed my theory on Saturday thankfully, however while I should be going in for my test like The other two pupils have which is what I have paid for. I am having to wait months for an instructor. Wasting my money so have to pay more for more lessons with a separate driving instructor. I was on the same standard as the other two pupils at the beginning but because of an incompetent instructor I’m now back at square one waiting for an email of 5 day for a resolution to my complaint. I’m not angry, I’m more gutted as this was a 21st birthday present and I feel completely hard done by and feel it’s so so unfair to have different levels of training when instructors should all be able to get pupils test ready and should be competent. I found my self crying toward the end of the week because of what had happened. So all in all go with the other instructors Chris, graham and Paul but NOT ANDY!!!

May 14,2021Amazing service, well worth the money. Atmosphere was lovely, all tutor's we're really pleasant and welcoming. Covid rules followed at all times. My experience as a pupil was enhanced greatly due to a great repor with my instructor Mark. He was approachable, patient, understanding and let me work things out in my own time, couldn't of been more pleased. Would highly recommend.

May 14,2021Just finished my week’s course with 5Day and am so glad I decided to do it. I had no driving experience at all, my instructor Andy Towse has helped me so much and I’ve really improved. I’m not quite ready to take my test yet but it would have taken me months to get to this stage doing normal lessons so was definitely worth it. Alan was really helpful and informative on the theory side and thanks to him I passed my theory this morning! Would definitely recommend even for first-time drivers like me!

May 14,2021Donnie is a brilliant instuctor, i’ve had no previous experience and this week he’s managed to teach me how to drive nicely. He really does help each individual student to their own needs which is a great and easy way to learn.

May 14,2021I have just finished my 5 day intense driving course. I had graham as my driving instructor and he was amazing. He has taught me everything I needed to know to make me test ready. He is patient and explained everything I needed to know. He helped me with my theory and when I didn’t know the answer he made it understandable. He made learning fun and enjoyable. If you are to book a driving course with 5 day try to get Graham or Chris. If you get Andy then don’t expect to be test ready at the end of the 5 days, one of the girls had a lot of issues with him and ended up wasting several days not learning anything. I now have my theory test tommorow and I have the confidence all because of graham. STHELENS branch

May 14,2021Andy Brady has taught me loads more extra things for example taking me on the motorway etc even though i started of as a beginner i feel like i have learned quite a lot within the space of the 5 days .

May 10,2021Absolute dog#### of a company ..my son had his intensive course booked from last year which due to covid was changed to this year..which is fine but to then tell me that its now been changed to October without any kind of notification is a joke, and then to lie to me saying it hasn't been paid when it was paid in full last year is beyond a #### take...shocking service 0 stars

May 28,2021Martin was an incredible instructor all round. He was lovely and calm throughout, kind and realistic. I was very comfortable driving with him, his knowledge shon through and he was prepared to go above and beyond to help me succeed. I don’t think I would have excelled as much as I would have this week without him! Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor :) Greg the theory instructor in norwich was also amazing, he was knowledgeable and helpful throughout, any questions he was more than happy to answer. Overall lovely, welcoming experience.
