Jul 17,2021My overall experience with 5Day Norwich has been top quality. The whole lay-out of the day helps the knowledge you gain stick in your head, it’s good the way they’ve done it. The theory lessons in the classroom work very well, I was able to pass my Theory Exam first time thanks to them. I couldn’t of asked for a better driving instructor than Pwi-Ha Li. She has been 10/10 from start to finish, very good banta throughout. It makes the whole process so much easier when your instructor is how she is. I would recommend to ANYONE. At ease from start to finish. :) - Reece Fleming.

Jul 17,2021I was absolutely delighted with the service I got with 5 day Leeds branch. I had an instructor called Shaheen Aziz and from the very first moment I met her was so friendly and professional. During my lessons each day she would praise me all the time, even for checking my mirrors whilst going round parked cars. She built my confidence up every day and was always teaching me things correctly. She is an absolute credit to 5 day and excels at her job. The theory training in the classroom was very informative and fun. A 10* experience thank you 5 day and Shaheen!

Jul 16,2021Had an amazing week with my instructor Steve day we got on really well and he is easy to talk to and had banta with. I have learnt so much this week started off not knowing anything and not driven a car before now at the end I am comfortable and everything is more easy.

Jul 16,2021Overall brilliant 5 days worth of lessons at 5 A Day Norwich. The overall course has been brilliant, Greg the manager was great in the morning and afternoon theory sessions in which I managed to pass theory exam first time. My instructor Martin Tailford was excellent, incredibly patient, thorough and made the experience very enjoyable! Definitely recommend 5 A Day Norwich

Jul 15,2021My partner booked a 5 day course in Barnet, taking the time out of work. Firstly he was giving an instructor he struggled to understand and ended up having to switch from a manual to an automatic because the instructor was incapable of teaching manual driving. During the week there was a day that the instructor was almost 3 hours late and my partner was offered no compensation for that with extra hours or some money back. He passed his theory first time so cannot complain about that side of the course. His practical test was then cancelled due to covid which of course is no ones fault. It was rebooked for 15 July 2021 and my partner travelled all the way from where we now live back into Barnet to take the test. He was told many times that someone would be in touch to let him now what to do and nobody contacted him. It came to his test day and he didn’t even know where to go! No one was reachable which is absolutely not good enough. My partner has essentially paid all this money for a theory test! He had to spend £40 on cabs trying to figure out where to go for his test since nobody bothered to tell him!

Jul 14,2021Fantastic Staff and Curriculum. I had barely driven a car in the past 4 years and was very nervous initially. However, my instructor Graham Norris got me from beginner to test standard before the course was close to complete. Very professional and diligent instructor, who is sure to be patient and thorough with his instructions, whilst providing effective techniques to overcome any challenges, manoeuvres or actions which you will be faced when driving.

Jul 10,2021Before coming to 5day I wasn't confident sitting in the drivers seat of a car, however after the first day of being there I was comfortable and not nervous at all. My instructor Julian was amazing not matter how many times I made a mistake he would always point me in the right direction of how to overcome these obstacles. I always felt calm even when I stalled, we would have a little giggle and carry on and it made feel better about the situation and by the end of the week he felt I was ready to take my driving test . When I came to the theory side the instructor Greg was very helpful and had a good connection with everyone in the room he'd have an answer for every question we had and because of 5day I smashed my theory test first time I am very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend to others

Jul 09,2021Great experience - started on Monday with very little driving experience however by Friday was feeling confident & competent to book my test. Theory training was very useful, resulting in a good pass.

Jul 07,2021I have just passed my driving test with 5day and have had the best experience! My instructor Rob made me feel so at ease and helped with everything. He was very patient and very calm whilst I was learning to drive, I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor! Overall experience was amazing couldn’t fault it!

Jul 06,2021My partner brought me the course as my Mother’s Day present, he done 5day in 2015 and passed within a week! We thought it would be the same for me, I’m ready! My instructor was AMAZING, Tom I was so nervous and I could not fault him at all a lovely guy with fantastic teaching technics. My only problem being is normally (pre covid) booking tests etc is very quick the advertisement has not changed to fit our current circumstances. I had no idea I would be waiting potentially months for a practical driving test - this SHOULD be explained to all students on there first day or when booking. I completely understand the circumstances now but I had no idea pre finishing the course, I feel like we was miss sold something. Hopefully I get my test through soon!

Jul 05,2021My son turns up for course in Eastcote today, having taken a week off of work, told he’s not on the list. Payments have been made via info given by @5day.co.uk, proof emailed, paper trail of emails, customer service only interested money, no apology! They are now saying it’s a Worldpay issue - bank has shown that payment has been sent and received. Customer services not interested in resolving situation. Buck passing! And now turned off commenting on the Facebook page and deleting comments about his issue. Charlatans?? My son is now £1000+ down, he’s lost a days pay and company has no interest in helping. Completely unacceptable! Reply to 5Days comment: he has done all this and your customer service team has said HE has to contact Worldpay. Worldpay will not it deal with him as YOU are the customer. Your customer service team are not being helpful at all, this is your issue and you have a responsibility to resolve it. Your customer service team has had all the emails & proof of payment!

Jul 05,2021Great course for practical and theory the balance is great throughout the weak. My instructor julian was amazing. Now just passed 1st time. Would really recommend it to anyone learning to drive

Jul 02,2021Just finished an intensive week with 5 day, it does what It says on the tin and we covered lots in the time we had. The instructor I had was very understanding and adapted things according as I was very nervous at times. All the staff are very nice and very understanding.
