Apr 23,2021Worst experience ever. Not even worth the 1 star. I was here back in 2018. I had an instructor that would text whilst I was driving. I also asked for a woman, when they saw I was white they said “they tend to save the females for Asian women.” Then you’ve to sit a test for free “correctional lessons”. I sat my test for this knowing I wouldn’t pass. They took me round pudsey leeds route and my test was Bradford horsforth! Where I had NEVER BEEN. The free correctional lessons were in a 4x4 vehicle which again was not stated as you’d expect the same car. When I went to customer service about this they were rude, obnoxious and not remotely helpful. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Disgusting place and horrible people. Don’t do it. The free correctional lessons are in a totally different car and for half an hr a week (that was my offer) and the man who caused me to hit a pot hole whilst he was texting whilst I was driving - illegal btw. Still has his job. I’ve asked them not to contact me back yet they keep replying and will do to this no doubt. My issues aren’t the free correctional lessons it’s the lack of service, professionalism and allowing the instructor to still work there after he texting all the way through my lessons whilst I was driving. The fact I found the company racist too and that customer service addressed NONE of this and turn it around and ignore the racist/illegal stuff is DISGUSTING.

Apr 23,2021I had Andy Towse as my instructor, the week was hard but rewarding and I’ve gone from a beginner to getting 4s and 5s, feeling test ready and also big thanks to Alan for helping me pass my theory first time.

Apr 23,2021I just finished my course with 5day at the Norwich centre with Greg, my driving instructor. It was very intense and challenging but would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to learn to drive as quick as possible.

Apr 23,2021I did the course at the Peterborough Centre and my instructor was Tim. Brilliant teaching skills and made the whole experience very calm. The PowerPoint on Theory was helpful and it was a very efficient and informative course. Although, I do believe the practical should be take off the price, given independently it could have been £500 cheaper. Regardless it was still worth the money and I always felt safe in the car.

Apr 23,2021Absolutely amazing course to go on, it's tiring, draining and sometimes frustrating but overall SO worth it! Mo has helped so much with theory training and I've understood things so much better than I would if I was practising myself at home, which has lead me to pass my theory test with flying colours. My driving instructor has been amazing throughout and I've gone from a beginner to scoring 4's and 5's. Really worth the money and hard work.

Apr 22,2021The lads at 5day at Helens are absolutely amazing I'm dyslexic and strugged with the theory but Chris made it easy and fun to understand and I passed it first time and my instructor Graham was a god send and I'm pleased to say I have passed my test huge thankyou to the lads at 5day couldn't of done it without you

Apr 19,2021Had Graham as my driving instructor, was really nervous as I’d never drove before but instantly felt so much better when he was patient and calm with me, couldn’t fault the man in any way! Whole process was faultless and waiting on my driving test next Monday! Highly recommend!!!!

It was an amazing experience to meet the instructors and work with them, if you are thinking about going to 5day to take your theory and practical test it 10000% better than doing it on your own. It is physically impossible to fail the test because of how hard they work you.

Apr 16,2021Would 10000000% recommend 5day. I had around 2 lessons in an automatic prior to attending the 5 day course I am automatic and from Monday to Friday I am so much more confident, theory test passed( I’m not the brightest spark) all the staff were there to support and help. My instructor shaheen walked me through everything and really built my confidence behind the wheel.

Apr 16,2021Had Julian Austin from Norwich branch as my instructor, great guy and great instructor kept things easy at the start as I was nervous and eased me into everything. Can be pretty intense of an experience but well worth the road time and theory training.

Aqib and Madeeha khan really helped me pass my theory, madeeha has put a massive impact on my driving since the first day. Just really wished it was more hours of driving with 5 day but other than that everything was brilliant thank you for everything.

Apr 16,2021Really enjoyed my course with Tim. He was a very good instructor, calm and very informative with his theory training. I really felt that I improved over the week, and has the support I needed to gain my confidence on the road. The only negative I would say is that the course is a misleading. If you are a new driver then I don’t think that this would be the course for you. I have been advised that I am not test ready, which is a little disappointing when the course is sold to you as a fast track way to get your licence. If you have never been on a road, I would definitely recommend having private lessons before hand. All in all this was a great experience, had loads of fun with my group and would recommend Tim as an instructor to anyone. I could of given 5 stars but feel that the website was misleading in telling you you would be test ready by the end of the week. Also do think that the cost of the practical test should be included due to the high cost of the course.
