Jan 22,2025I had a great experience with 5Day in Norwich this month. I am especially grateful to my instructor, Leon, who was patient and kind throughout. He gave me the confidence I needed to get past my driving anxiety and really give the course my all. I am very pleased to say that I passed my practical test and I couldn't have done it without 5Day!

Made everything easy to learn with no stress involved had a great chat all week and really made me enjoy being out in the car with him Would recommend him to anyone who decides to do this in Manchester!

Jan 17,2025I had James from Peterborough as my instructor and I could not have asked for anyone more understanding and kind, he was beyond a doubt the most supportive person I could have had, I deal with daily anxiety just going to the shops but James, despite myself never having drove, was able to support and help me throughout the entire 5 days, without a doubt would choose James again if I could, 5Day customer service has been lovely as well. :) choose 5day is you have the willingness to learn, they will support you. Great experience, thank you for all I was taught.

Jan 14,2025I have now passed my driving test, I went through the company 5 day and I did my 5 day course back in October last year. The reason for the one star is because my experience on a whole from them wasn’t great. First of all I did the course and on day 5 was told by Chris wise I wasn’t ready, which was a fair point as I didn’t feel ready, being told that I could book in the next following week with him, I text multiple times to be completely ignored, luckily 3 weeks later I got booked in with Tristan Andrews who was amazing, he helped me gain back confidence and I passed today with 0 minors! Would highly recommend him.

Jan 02,2025Graham at Sidcup is highly recommended - for all ages! I was a more mature learner and have had in the past driving instructors who came across as patronising at times (perhaps too used to speaking with younger learners) which didn't work for me. Graham spoke to me like an adult and this really helped me. Graham is extremely patient and is brilliant at communicating his points in a friendly and calm way. On top of that, Graham is a top bloke with a naturally friendly and good nature about him and I looked forward to my lessons with him. I thank him sincerely for my recent test pass.

Dec 21,2024I managed to pass my theory test and i feel confident driving thanks to Glenn Bannwell teaching me throughout the week, i highly recommend 5day if you want to get a good understanding of driving and if you are like me and are itching to get driving soon.

My instructor, Leon, was fantastic—patient, clear, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He provided great feedback and tailored the lessons to help me gain confidence behind the wheel. The course was well-structured, and Leon’s guidance made a huge difference.

Dec 14,2024I opted for an intensive driving course (auto) because I needed to pass fairly quickly due to living in a rural location and to help me get about independently with my young daughter. I had taken manual lessons years ago, but struggled and gave up. Taking on the course was the best thing I’ve ever done and I was so fortunate to have Tony guide me along the way. Tony is an excellent instructor and he was exactly the right person to teach me. He knew when to push me to do more, encouraged me to focus on all the positives of my driving (however small at first!), explained things so clearly and considerately and helped build my confidence as a driver. I passed first time with four minors just five weeks after the course ended - something I’m so proud of! I benefitted hugely from the daily theory lessons with Paul, who also explained things clearly and with excellent humour. I passed the theory test competently the day after the course ended. I am so grateful to 5Day for the whole experience and thoroughly recommend not only the course as a whole but in particular Tony as an instructor.

Dec 14,2024I used 5day driving in Peterborough I heard about it from my brother who had passed and spoke highly about his experience. So I gave it ago and I'm glad I did. I got an instructor called James from Peterborough. He was very patient with me. I really enjoyed the course and have passed my tests couldn't of done it without the reassurance frome James. thanks for everything James from Peterborough.

An absolute diamond and clearly has a wealth of knowledge he’s happy to share. He’s teaching style was clear and easy to learn from, with plenty of fantastic parking, observation and driving techniques that will stay with me for life. And of course, due to James’s teaching over the week, I’m confident and ready for my practical. 5Day head office had shown great support throughout the week to me also which is much appreciated.

Dec 12,2024I took a Mon-Fri automatic course in November with Paul Hayward (Bristol). Paul helped me feel confident again after many years of not driving. He had lots of good tips for the test and after the week with him I felt comfortable enough to buy a car, believing I would get myself on the road. The course cost was money well spent, I passed a month later, Paul is a legend and you will be in safe hands if you book and he becomes your teacher. Thank you!

They found me an amazing driving instructor (Tony Smith) who helped me and got me to a great standard of driving and passed first time with him. If you are thinking of choosing 5day I would recommend them and I’d recommend Tony as well if you want a great driving instructor who’s down to earth, easy to talk to and helps keep you calm in the car and never makes you feel stressed or panicked.

Jan 24,2025I had a an amazing week learning driving with Mr James from Peterborough. I never driven before, and in 5 days I managed to drive trough big roundabouts , crowded streets, dual carriage ways . James was very profesional and calm and very helpful when I encountered certain situations. I managed to learn how to drive in 5 days and I’m really happy because Mr James made that happen . I really recommend him .
