Ordered a pair of trainer just after midnight on the day of release. They were shipped that afternoon and I received them the next day. No complaints at all.

I had to change the time of my delivery to next day as I was not at home but luckily on my way out I ran into the interlink driver and was able to pick up my package which was very convenient

I got a wicked Mishka jacket that was reduced from £250 down to £70. Absolutely amazing value and it arrived within a couple of days all packaged in a nice little 5 pointz box. Buzzing.

The website is really easy to navigate and the product information is clear and concise. Very rarely do I have a problem, but, if so, the team at 5 Pointz are always on hand to help in any way they can. This level of customer service is refreshing and makes a big difference in deciding which retailer to choose in a busy market! I'd happily recommend 5 Pointz to anyone. Keep up the good work!

bought some jordans, no complaints with the ordering process, bough online, picked up from store, but when asked if i can return them a day later (they were a gift and not suitable) it was refused, seems harsh, wont be using this company again

The item was as on the photo, I recieved it in expected time. It was great that I got a tracking number so I could see when to expect the package. I didn't use any other services so I cant say nothing more.

I managed to buy a shoe that was on demand the day it was released without having to fight against bots or any other programs which I personally think is very important because it's equally fair for everyone!! I got it the following working day whilst being texted all the way through my shoe's journey! Great service, will definitely recommend to anyone and hoping to buy again from these guys in the future! P.S. Don't forget to visit their store in Bristol it's worth visiting!!

I have just bought some trainers from you for my son's birthday - don't know if they fit yet as they are for his birthday next week ! I telephoned to check about returns and time limits. My call was answered immediately by a very polite and knowledgeable man who gave me the answers I wanted straight away. How refreshing. Ordering on line was so stress free and delivery was so quick.
