Stay away. Good technology but very very bad execution. Customer service is non existent, I have never had the speed I have paid for, 30mb at best, and that's if it works. I am still waiting over a week now for no connection, and every time I calll tech support, they say someone will call me, still no callback. Based on my experience you should avoid this shambolic company. If we get 2 weeks connectivity, we then have 3 days of nothing. When we call 6gi we are told they cannot do anything but will monitor the issue and promise a free month (which also never gets credited) Totally useless tech support, you cannot rely on this service for reliability and many other users are having the exact same issue as us. You have been warned. Do not sign up with them
Their reviews are misleading. They are all about the installation engineers. The actual internet speed is ridiculously bad. It starts off great then after the cancellation periodis over. It all goes down hill. Their 100mbs speed is soo bad. Theyve not replaced my router in 3 years even though its broken. They always say we giving you 100mbs to the router. Yet i sit next to my router and i get 20mbs. Im only with them because of the price being cheaper than everyone else. But this reflects on their internet speed and customer service. Cant wait for brsk to roll out here so i can cancel this 6g internet.
It’s a scam!!! Beware!!!The reviews are misleading. All the reviews are pertaining to the engineer who installed the internet so it got a good reviews in which I also did. But few weeks later the service is so bad. It’s my first time to write a review because I can’t tolerate it anymore. There’s no internet upstairs and it’s very slow. We have to use our mobile data at home although we have this 6G internet. When I want to cancel the contract, few weeks after the installation, they said I have to pay for 2years fee which is so expensive so I feel like I was trapped. Don’t be lure about the cheap price because you will suffer for the quality.
Scotty is the guy who help install the broadband. He is exceptionally polite as he said my tea is good (and he is the only one for last 40 years that said that), and being friendly and have some kind of conversation with me (which is normally not happen to me), and he tidy the place and dirt, listen to my problem and explain clearly about what he is doing and the explain any jargon that I don't understand. so he deserved a 5 stars

Installation by Adam H & Dan James. Fantastic service, no mess or hassle, internet is so much faster than I was getting through my landline. 100% recommend 6G internet so far and had to contact customer service with an issue resolved within minutes.
Declan was very polite and professional in answering all my questions about joining 6G. He has great product knowledge and gave me good advice about ending my current contract. He was very accurate and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions, a true credit to the organisation.
Scotty was my engineer who went above and beyond to make my service work with great speeds double what I was getting with sky. Scotty also was very helpful in explaining everything thank you very much great customer service happy customer.
This is a long story! I decided to go with 6g internet and was fitted in for fitting on the 28th August yes bank holiday! I was rest assured they were working on Friday 25th I was told they had moved my appointment to the 29th as it was bank holiday. Day of fitting I was booked in 8am till 1pm no body turned up so I called and was on hold for quite a while to be called back a was told the fitter had called in sick and someone should have called me to tell me but didn't he said the fitting manager was coming out to fit and would be with me withing a hour and for my inconvenience he was going to give me 2 months free credit totaling £19.98 and extend my cooling off period to 3 months this I revived documented via email this had been given. When the manager turned up he said if I hadn't called nobody would have turned up but they fit. Roll on 1 month I recive my bill stating no balance to be brought forward but that should have said £19.98 and didn't so I call them to be told they would look into it and give me a call back on Monday 2nd October they did at 5.30pm for me to be told the manager has decided as they still fit on the same day I wasn't getting the credit! I said I have it in writing and to cancel my contract he stated he would sort it and call me back Tuesday 3rd at 11am this didn't happen so I was trying to get through for 4 hours and couldn't. Wednesday 4th I get through first thing to the man who should have called me on the 3rd to be told he had been ill and couldn't call me back ok but could someone else not have? At this point I have put a review on here and he had talked to the manager and they were going to give me the credit and cencel my contract as of the 26th October as I requested if I would take my review down I said when I get a personal email stating I wouldn't owe them any money and the contract was ending I would. I then get a automatic email Say my contract would termenate 30 days from the letter day (4th) meaning I would owe them money from 27th to the 3rd of November and I'm paying them nothing and that I still owed the £19.66 (this should have been payed onto my account with the credit) the man then calls me back and I say I want a personal emails sending stating the contract will discount on the 26th October and I will owe nothing and he did this while I was on the line when I recived it he then said will I now remove the review as they had done everything I asked (NO you have don't everything you said you was doing 1 month ago) I remove the review. Today I get a email saying the payment taken from my account has not gone through (no it won't as I asked the bank to cencel and revere the payment and it shouldn't be being taken) hence why the review is going back on if I recive any other emails stating I owe money I will speak to the ombersman about the company the credit needs to be added to my account so it clears the money on there today!!!!

Since installation had nothing but problems, service is terrie with ongoing droppage and buffering. Try to contact and I am left constantly waiting in queues to no resolution.

Constant loss of service and buffering, long hold times to speak to someone regarding matters and then fobbed off with different excuses to get me off the call! Looking into new suppliers as this has gone on far too long
People be careful, This is my story with 6G. One day I looked at a leaflet it was about fast internet and the company name is 6G. I was amazed by the price and speed it was offering so when my other company internet contact finished I gave them a call. On the day installation engineer came he checked the speed I was getting it was so below the recommended speed I should be getting so to be sure I asked the engineer to check again he got same result, so cancelled the service straight after the engineer left. I chatted with operators of 6G they agreed I am not getting what they had advertised and said send the equipment back, which I did and there won't be any charge. Couple week later I get charged then another week later my charge double I chatted with operator regarding those charges few times they said it's ok it's a mistake you won't get charged anymore but today I got charged unexpectedly with increased amount from last time charge amount on my email. I don't know why so many people gave 5 star I only hope when your contract finishes they don't over charge you. If you click on Google search engine and type in 6G you will see sky news and other news outlets saying negative about 6G. I should have done more research rather than relying on a leaflet which came through my door. However I put my trust on 6G to be honest. If I can give zero star I would. Just be careful everyone and do your research on this company. Edit version after 6 days: I got reply from 6G within few hours after I posted my review which says as follows just incase they try to delete it, "Please accept my apologies for the issues you have experienced I want to look into this further for you, I have sent a request through Trustpilot (you will receive an email) for your account details so that we can get this resolved. Thanks Tara" After above massage trust pilot did contact me so I gave the details they requested. If I did not reply in 3 days my review would have been removed. I waited for 6 days for 6G to contact me they got all my details through Trust pilot but no response. I wonder if they just did this to take my review off trust pilot in my opinion I could be wrong. My new review for 6G is -6 star⭐

The overall experience of trying to get through to someone in general is diabolical, no one answers, no one replys to emails, it's very stressfull and frustrating you really need to sort your customer service out..in the end I had to call sales which obviously the answer straight away and spoken Fiona thankfully she understood and helped me. Thanks again Fiona 👍
