I've been without my Internet for 3 days now. Apparently being sorted as its their end. As someone that works from home and requires an Internet connection this isn't ideal, now behind on bills. I've tried ringing tech support but been on hold for over 2 hours, also emailed and tried live chat, they answer live chats and never respond. When I first signed up it was pretty solid. Honestly would pay more for a better customer service team and stay away from 6g. Update: internet is still down, every time I mention its still not resolved they say they will inform their technician, and advise another 24 hour wait. I requested to cancel and even that's a 24 hour waiting period. Absolue joke of a company (12th)
void. Totally unreliable & appalling customer service. I have been with them for two weeks now. The internet connection has failed several times a day every single day. Usually it is back within a few minutes but I have just had a 24 hour failure. Currently the service failed nearly three hours ago. I cannot get through to technical support either on the phone or using the online chat. Both of them timed out after I had been waiting for an hour. Customer services are just as bad. I wanted to enquire about upgrading to a Mesh system & had to make three phone calls before anyone phoned me back
Shocking, no Internet for 2 days. No customer service help whatsoever. You get fobbed off and told “there is nothing I can do” regardless of which department you speak too. Atrocious customer service
Since day 1 I have had nothing but problems with this provider. All it does is disconnect and reconnect all the time Unfortunately for me I’m in contract so unable to cancel. I have phoned and I get to perform relevant tests. Next day it’s still terrible. When tests are done they say the signal is very good but I can assure you it’s not All I can say is I kept my previous provider and it’s just as well I did as I work from home and it’s important that I have a connection at all times. Unfortunately I now have to pay £45 a month to them along with £9 which of course will be going up after the promotion has ended. I would not recommend 6g to anyone. Avoid
My Internet has been off for 3 days and have been told 2 different excuses from 2 different people. Cant contact anyone via chat and the amount of time on hold is disgusting. This is not what I signed up for, this is such a misleading company and an absolute joke of a service.

My Internet has been down for 3 days, I have tried to contact them multiple times by phone and chat but I get nothing. Every time I've been waiting 30+ mins before having to hang up as I'm at work. I need the Internet for my partner who works from home regularly.

EDIT: Despite replying to my comment I am yet to hear from "Tara" and when I send an email to the address specified I do not receive a reply. I am currently on hold to customer service. I spoke to someone 40 minutes ago who said my £50 has been refunded but it will take 14-21 days. When I questioned why the customer service representative I spoke to the Friday before last has not spoken to the accounts team to see if it could be expedited, or called me back like she said she would, I was told to wait while she "got an update" for me. 20 minutes later she hung up. I've since called another FOUR times and now they won't even pick up the phone to me! They literally just keep cutting it off. This is the hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with any company ever and you need your head reading if you sign up with them. I've had enough and am going to be starting legal proceedings against them now. Absolute joke of a company! I’ve been a customer for 2 months and during that time I’ve lost count of the number of times the internet has dropped out. I work from home so this is not ideal. It has now been off for 16+ hours and when you ring tech support it takes 3-4 hours to get through to basically be told “computer says no.” Absolutely useless customer service and the people on the other end of the phone are absolute drips with no people skills whatsoever! On top of that they have charged me £50+ for both months despite being on a £9.99 a month deal and now want me to wait 14-21 days for a refund. I was told on Friday someone would call me back to discuss this but still haven’t heard a thing. Don’t believe ANY of the reviews you read here… they pester people to leave them post-installation before they’ve even had chance to see what the service is like! I will be cancelling today and taking advantage of the 6 month cooling off period. 300mbps internet is great but not when it’s barely on and a drug dealer offers better customer service 🥴

I recently signed up to 6G as I am moving home, the young lady Fiona went about and beyond calling me back on several occasions because of a bad line. Fiona was friendly, curious and a joy to speak with, she was very knowledgeable about the product and I can only thank her very much. I did call the customer service team as I had a question after reading the welcome pack in regards to the direct debit, I left my name and phone number and they said they would call me back but fortunately didn't.

I signed up with 6g Internet on the 25th of May This Year, An Install date was set and we where so very excited to get 300mb Internet as promised as with BT we can only get a Max of 40mb.The Engineer was booked to come and on the 9th of June he came, we live in a bungalow, and he spent a long time on the roof and drilled 2 holes in the wall and turned around and said, oh we can't do it we need a cherry picker, we will need to come back and he left we thought it would be same day or at least a few days later, weeks went past and they turned up, again spending hours we where told, we can't do it we need a large cherry picker but its not working, and we do not know when it will be fixed and they left. Again weeks went past and no updates so I called and cancelled the whole thing. I wish that's where I had left it. After reading some fair reviews we thought we would give them another go. The engineer all booked to arrive on the 1st of August, and told them when booking they needed the large cherry picker, They turned up on the 1st of August, with...... the small cherry picker. oh we can't do it, we will need to come back. Again we waited weeks with no updates 15th August they turned up with a cherry picker and installed everything, loaded YouTube said its working and left..... I was very excited and did a speed test waiting to see the 300mb or around this figure. All I could see was 100mb!! 100mb? Well maybe we have to leave it a few days, so I left it a week nope 100mb I called them and reported it and was told the fault team would need to investigate..... waited a week no update, called again, oh we need to send the engineers out to re-position your receiver ok and when will that be... date booked and again i said you need the large cherry picker, on the date agreed guess what....... small cherry picker arrived! no we cant do it we need the big one. yes you have been told this. Well we will see if we can come back next week, I was told by the enganeer you will get a free month due to all the issues, ha they took the full amount from my account! Called Customer Service to see what's going on, completed a speed test and now we are getting 18-20mb and i am paying for 300mb we will call back when the engineers update the ticket, 4 days and I am still waiting for a callback! The Service is Shocking! If you have a problem a business should stay with you to fix it, The garage does not say oh your car needs a new Tyre, come back next week! oh we have another car on the jack come back in 2 weeks! They fix it. We are now 1 month into the contract, the fastest speed is 106mb and paying for 300mb no updates no communication. The signal is dropping all of the time, I am lucky we still have BT and I am ready to renew my contact with them and ask for 6g internet to remove the mast and router if this is not fixed soon!
