I have NEVER been made to feel so small in my life, I've been repeatedly lied to, repeatedly fobbed off and twice now I have asked to speak to the manager and I am still waiting. This company is absolutely beyond disgraceful, just one person out of the many was actually helpful. Never again would I like to deal with this company or the people that work for it. If the boss is actually happy with the way there customers are dealt like then they should be ashamed of their self. The stress this company have caused ne iver the last few week is unreal. By far the WORST COMPANY I've ever had interactions with.
Well what can I say, very poor service waited 2 weeks for my installation which should have been yesterday. 1 guy arrived to fit everything, proceeded to look around my house then went outside drilled a hole in my wall and then tell me he couldn’t do it as he couldn’t get on the roof with the lifting cage and he left. I then rang 6g to ask when would this be done, to my horror another 2weeks. I asked them to cancel the installation and was told they couldn’t do it so the cancellation team would be in touch with me today, (shock horror) no call. I have just received an email to say it been cancelled which is all well and good but what about the hole in my wall.
Your engineer, Scotty, has connected us to 6G this morning. A very polite and friendly young man. He did a very good job and left everything nice and tidy.
