Worst internet I've ever had. Problems all the time. Customer service is the worst possible. Well, I advise you to avoid this.

Denzil was absolutely amazing and had the best customer service. He sorted out my issue straight away and was kind enough to explain what he did, and why he did things.

The representative with whom I spoke was very professional with just the right amount of informal thrown in to make the call relaxed and informative. They relayed clear instruction and within minutes my connection was back up and running. All together a great job!

Awful company. The product is extremely fast if you ever get it to work, however I experienced daily issues with my router, I also experienced multiple issues with service outtage. Customer service were rude and technical support were polite but ineffective. When the service drops, the only way to fix it is to wait 30 mins for someone to answer the phone, only for them to tell you there will be a 48 hour wait for it to be fixed. I pay for the 300mb provision, but AFTER installation i was informed that 6g could not supply that until further infrastructure upgrades were made. There is a reason the price is low and that's because the product is naff, the company is a scam and the staff are rude.

Well after almost 3 weeks of little or No internet Darius came out and sorted our internet. He spent so much time checking the internet speed in each room. He then put all his clobber on and got his ladders and went upto the chimney and checked the wires and aerial. Although we are not getting the speed we are paying for (Callum a manager called saying we could leave foc because we are not getting the speed we are paying for). We are fairly happy now although not getting the full speed we are paying for it is 10 times faster than what we were getting with SKY. Thanks Dario & Callum.

On the 25 October 2023, installed router, with 50Mps download and upload 6.7Mbps, he shot off didn't give password for router! He was parked end of road wife on passing told him, he said (OKAY) but didn't come back! Customer Service 6gi 30 minutes a time no answer on phone, Router returned with proof of posting! They illegally took £24.84 on 2 November 2023! Reported to Communications Ombudsman!

Extremely unreliable service, zero useful tech support when the service goes down or when ur speed reduced to 1 or 2 mb over the weekend! Weeks waiting for a call back from a supervisor or manager. The device they put on roof has now fallen off and is dangling dangerously from the room and we have to wait another week for them to come and remove it!

I’ve been with 6g for 2 years and my contract ends this month, the internet at the start was really good but after a couple of months the internet became really slow so they recommended we add another router and instead of paying £21.99 for 100mps we pay £26.99 so we did and the internet was exact same, I would always call them and they would say they will send this to the engineer team and they would get back to me but never do, after like a month someone came out and sorted it out but after a month or so they internet was slow again speed was at like 20-30, kept ringing them and ended up always arguing because no one would get back to me and after having slow internet for months they would just refund me for 1 month another engineer came out and said its because we have two routers so he removed one and told me to get in touch with 6g and get them to put the price down back to £21.99 so I rang 6g and they said they cant put the price down I have to start a new 2 year contract when I had a couple of months lefts and wanted to leave so I’ve been paying for 2 routers when I have 1 because they refuse to got back to original price. My house internet speed is 15 mbps right now but I know if I ring them they will never get back to me, guys go to someone more reliable these guys are a waste of space.

OK so now we are in disput about my review they are blocking my router even though I asked for a mesh they did not give me one I would have paid for it..so I emailed them about this on the email address they gave me and it got bounced back ..they have my number but haven't called..where does this leave me

My experience started great with this company, installation was great and the service was great. I was installed in February 2023 and only had one or two issues which were quickly rectified. However June to now has been just pure farcical. The instability of this service has been extremely frustrating. What used to be a solid 120Mbps connection has turned to a 40-60 mbps connection most of the time. Often there is periods where the router completely disconnects. Customer services say they will monitor and that everything looks good on their end whilst issues persist. I’ve had two fault tickets closed because of their mistakes. One because they thought I was using my own router , even though they could log into it and see it was theirs ! The second one because there was a cancellation notice from November 2022 which they mixed up with this year ! I don’t think you could make it up really. Not once has an engineer changed the cabling , receiver or mast I’m connected too even though I have to ring nearly every week, I’ve had 4 routers since being with them. I’m on first name basis with the majority of their technical support department and I’m sure they have a picture of my face as a dart board target after all the times I’ve called them. For areas like mine where 30mbps by connections was the only option , 6Gi was a god send, or so I thought but honestly once cityfibre and virgin media have completed their works which is due within the next few months I’ll be leaving this poor company and never looking back. Until then, please fix my connection, and I mean actually fix it not just monitor it whilst I’m still in contract. If anyone is looking to sign up , please save yourself the hassle and just wait for another ISP to become available.

Steve installed our 6G Internet yesterday and did a great job! He explained what he was doing and why, gave us options on where to have it installed and was friendly and efficient. He even arrived early! Top marks all around and very satisfied so far with the speed of the internet.

Do not use this company. I was charged £74 instead of £24, on 2 separate occasions, despite being reassured it wouldn't happen again after the first time. Many phonecalls and emails were needed to get my refund, which took over 4 weeks to receive, after over paying by £50!! Can't get through on the phone and the staff don't seem surprised that I've been overcharged by so much and just offer reassurance that I'll receive a refund. This company don't sent any correspondence except to request money, and even then its the wrong amount. I'm going to the ombudsman and cancelling my contract, as 6g have clearly not acted with transparency and kept up their side of the contract. Update: after the response below (10/11) no-one from 6g has contacted me (it's now 23/11)
