I had a problem with my internet, so I phoned you technical support line, I spoke to a lady called Kieava what a very polite young lady she is,she talked me through a process that got it working again in a very professional manner, I was amazed to hear her say it was only her second day of working for your company, what a great employee you have, I am sure I will not be the only customer who tells you this, I have had a few experiences of calling your technical support team, and it has not always been a pleasant experience, this time it was, Thank you Kieava thank you G6

He was an absolute lifesaver. ππ§ First of all, arrived right on time, with a friendly smile and a can-do attitude. he took the time to listen to all my internet problems and concerns, showing genuine interest in finding a solution. His technical expertise was truly impressive. He quickly diagnosed the root cause of my internet issues and explained it to me in a way that even I could understand. It was like they were speaking my language! π€ But here's the best part: he didn't just fix one problem, they went above and beyond to ensure my entire internet setup was optimized. I have been with 6G for over 5years they are absolutely amazing. My contract was up afew month's ago. I of course renewed , was extremely reasonably priced.I have had no issues at all its running smoothly. Also today I contacted them over my mother's account as her contract has come to an end.again absolutely amazing everything is absolutely perfect thanks for the ongoing service, definitely worth having it. We will continue to use 6G .

Spoke to a Delightful individual on the other end of the line who was able to provide all the niche technical information I required and made multiple callbacks for me due to my poor organization. The best experience I have had with a call center in a long time.

I had my Internet installed this afternoon by two men, dan.s and dan.j both men absolutely fantastic at what they do from start to finish they talked us through everything keeping us updated with the progress etc very tidy job aswel, thank you!
Equipment installed today. All devices back online and running well. A speed test shows I'm getting much better downstream and upstream throughput than my previous provider. The two engineers, Dan J & Dan S were polite, courteous and explained everything well - definitely both fine representatives for 6ginternet.
Nathan, our engineer was excellent, very helpful, making sure everything was just as we wanted it. Punctual, obliging, and made any instructions simple to understand. He is very knowledgeable in his field and a great ambassador to the company. We would certainly recommend 6G to family and friends.

Got sold under the premise of "guaranteed 50MPBS sevices" lucky if I got 5mbps, the connection was down more than it was live and the exchange is yet 50 feet up the road from me, when I decided to leave due to them not upholding there side of the contract they would not supply me with a final invoice to allow my new provider to buy me out, I have then paid the cancellation fee myself and asked for a final invoice to which they have still not provided me with, I rang in this morning to express my dis-satisfaction expecting the "Customer service" agent to take accountability of the issue and try resolve my case (as any competent customer service agent would) but to my surprise the agent spoke over me and said "do you want me to help you or not?" to which I replied "Is that not what you are getting paid to do? I am a customer, I am allowed to show dis-satisfaction and you can't take it personally if you literally work in a customer care role" they then DISCONNECTED THE CALL, absolute joke of an experience, not provided the services they sold me under and do not even send out documents that are required through OFCOM, Cowboys throguh and through
Dan S came and installed my broadband, he was a very polite guy and made no mess, helped me with setting up and doing a speed test. All well up to now,
Nathan & Kasim were great. They explained everything that they were going to do. Very polite and tidied up after themselves. Excellent workers and an excellent job well done.
I dealt with Omar today who was brilliant.... he asked me to check the basics of the setup and asked me to provide pictures of the sockets etc... he then talked me through what I needed to do in order to get my router connected for my WiFi... his knowledge was excellent as he knew the problem just looking at a picture. I would definitely ask for him again if I needed something else :)

Sep 01,2023Worst Internet provider I've ever had. Doesn't live up to the advertisement in any way. Installation team were fantastic and getting it set up was very quick but that's where the good service ended. I rely on my connection as I work from home and dial into many meeting within the 1st week I was dropping out of call and on a bad day dropped out of a call 6 times in half an hour not good when trying to have a professional conversation. Since then I have raised 2 further issues and just in the middle of another issue where Since it rained on Saturday quite heavily I've had no internet and now it's the following Friday. Promised a call back within 48 hours from a technical assistant still waiting and chasing. So bad for work that I kept my old broadband connected so I can flip back to that service which means I'm paying for twice because I was just outside the cancellation period of 1 month (but not from installation but sign up) Would advise to steer well clear.
