If your around the flyde coast (e.g. Blackpool area/uk), you will probably have been like us, stuck at low internet for a high price. I am so happy to be able to have 100mb/s speeds now with 6G, and I can't believe its over £15 cheaper per month! Moreover, the team member I spoke to, Shakira (hope spelled that right :D), has to be one of the nicest/ kindest people I have met. Never felt pushed into it, and was a pleasure to talk to. Its rare when talking to businesses for me to feel an immediate trust, but I did here. In fact I would pay more than the low price currently asked for for this reason. Keep up the good work guys, you can go far! And Shakira if you see this, thankyou, was a genuine pleasure :D (never change!). Thomas Edit: No problem and thankyou :D!

The Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. And the customer service is so rude they keep over talking when you try explain something.

Absolute negligence! During installation roof tiles broken, water leaking through and banging noise so loud that we ended up sleeping in the living room. It was promised to be repaired, but it's been nearly 7 weeks now and no one bothered to come and repair it. Customer service said they have contacted technical department, but so far no one has been in touch. Tried to find contacts of any company director, but that is impossible. Wish i did a bit more research on this company. Big mistake choosing them.

Had an installation booked for last Saturday, Dorio came out, explained that unfortunately it couldn’t be done because of a safety risk with the ladders. He rearranged to come today as that was the only other day I would be available. Him and Clayton turned up right on time. Explained the whole process of what they were doing, tidied up after themselves, were available for any questions, and were great to get on with

On the 3rd had an engineer come out to fit the device on the roof was unavailable to get on the roof tried multiple times was told to wait for an email for them to book a cherry picker one week later still no email. So I called them up and asked whats taking so long, And I got a reply no one has booked the cherry picker like wow why do I even bother. And the earliest they can get the cherry picker is the 18th that's nearly three weeks waiting

“Waited 8 weeks for install. Wrong size cherry picker sent so then had to wait more weeks for the right one to be sent. Installed July 4th Less than a MB speed and virtually impossible to connect the day after. Rang up on the 5th, told 24-48 hours engineer would call.. low and behold this never happened. I rang up again on the Saturday and was told a cherry picker would need to be sent again (we’ve spent 5 weeks in total waiting on cherry pickers) so can’t wait for Monday when she said she would ring me back as it can’t be booked over a weekend.. not holding my breath Internet speed test sometimes showing what’s promised but then just consistently drops for hours at a time. Literally the day after install no internet. Fortunately I demanded a 6 month probation period before signing up where we could leave at any point within that 6 months if we weren’t happy - that was the deal to get me on board. I WILL be excercising this. Absolutely shocking - also the 6ft pole looks a mess on top of the house.

Had my 6g installed today, Dan.s was very professional and very nice and respectful. Got here around 8ish and got the job done. Can't wait to try it and I expect with a company with such good reviews I'm expecting good things. Deffo 5 stars and would recommend to others.

The 6G guys were brilliant. They talked me through what they were doing & explained everything. They were very polite & did a really neat job & left everything clean afterwards. Would definately recommend, thanks Nathan & colleague (sorry didn't get his name).

signed up for 100Mbps and after several WiFi fails, run a download test which came back at 19Mbps, noticed the cabling running across my roof and the wire has a bad kink, whilst I was writing ,a window came up on screen do I want to use my iPhone as a personal hotspot as the WiFi crashed again. managed to send the e-mail just hope its found its destination and resolution will be found quickly?

Whoever is thinking about going with this company don’t it’s a bag of poo and you can’t do anything with it, it may as well have a hamster wheel inside it. Can’t play or watch anything on my tv or Xbox, stay well away from this

Just had a 2 man team turn up at my house to do my install jordan d and Jordan t who were spot on lads we had to take out a hours just to decide where everything went and then they had to get a manager on site because this was a big job dan rv turned up and I told him I want it all doing today then he got two moore engineers luke and Alex to come to my house aswell the full team of lads where absolutely acomadating and happy to do what ever I said there moto was as long as I'm happy there happy and all I can say is all the lads went above and beyond then above again there a credit to the company and keep up the good work.

6G was fine until about 18 months in. I was getting ready to watch the Champions League Final and at 6:20pm on Saturday night the internet went down, so got out my 6G manual for the phone number to find the lines closed at 6pm until the day after. OMG what do you do. Rang them first thing Sunday Morning and the chap went through resetting everything but it only worked for about 30 minutes. Rang them again they said they would have to pass it to an engineer. When will it be fixed I said and all I got from them was it can take up to 48 hours. They never rang me unless I asked for a manager call back. Every time I rang them it was the same thing, we are with in our time frame! This is no good to me when my TV is streamed. They eventually came with a new router after much pestering by me on the Wednesday evening at 5pm. 4 days to replace a router!! Customer service is so bad they all need re-training.

If you can, don't ever sign a contract with them. The internet has only been a few months but was very slow and unreliable. It goes out more than a dozen times a day. Makes my head in when working. They force you to stay with them by making you pay the rest when trying to cancel the contract.

The company have gone above and beyond to ensure my Internet is available and working correctly after a couple of issues with the model of my phone. I've spoke to technical support twice who sent me a new router and helped me to set it up. Nathan and Tyler the engineers that completed the install were really friendly and helpful and spent time going out their way to help me connect.
