Great company from the contact centre when I wanted to join was talked through the process and on the day of the fitting today explained process well easy to deal with.
Had 6g installed, fantastic speeds, stress free and all 3 installers Ash, rich and James were professional and extremely helpful. A real credit to the company.

Bribery?? Edit - I have received various phone calls from this company asking me to remove my review. Offering to send flowers and chocolates and even suggesting visiting my mothers home. Although I had stated she is recovering from the terrible C. You would think the company would have a little more respect! Basically you tried to bribe me into removing my review. And then reporting my review to Trust pilot. I will now ensure this stays viral! How very very dare you! If you wanted to “ apologise “ you have the address as your aware where your “ staff “ were working. Do you really think she would want to see any of you from this shambles of a company? As I said above if you wanted to apologise by means of sending a token then do so. But do not contest a TRUTHFUL REVIEW!! To Whom this may concern, I write this email infuriated and disgusted at the way your staff portray themselves. Today 19/01/2022 three of your workmen were working at a property adjacent to my mothers. They parked YOUR van over 3 parking spaces which firstly is inconsiderate in any instance , but what makes this worse is the location they are carrying out these works houses an older generation where these people are always respected and always feel safe in there own homes without feeling intimidated. Today my mother a recovering cancer patient returned home and politely asked your work men to move the van so she could park her car. Ten minutes later after laughing and joking between themselves about her my mother was told to “ Calm it “. I am utterly appalled and will report this to all the relevant parties. Including sharing this incident on socials for all to see. I am alarmed that you employ such bad mannered rude and ignorant members of staff who clearly have no customer service training and no company morale. I am sickened that my poor mother and her neighbours felt intimidated simply by asking to park at there own homes. I expect an immediate response and shall ensure this goes viral today. I wouldn’t ever recommend your services or your company to anyone ever and will leave the same duplicated review until actions are taken. I await an immediate response.
Clear information when I spoke to them on the phone. Easy to arrange installation. Engineers came today to set everything up. Really polite and friendly. Kept everything tidy. Speed is good, just need to swap all my devices to the new internet now...

Amazing workmen very helpfull pleased with service.men even asked if they had to take there boots off I said it’s ok So I think maybe if they had plastic boot covers it would be good for everybody.plus it looks very professional.but as I said I’m more than pleased with your service and for that I give you 5stars
SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE ANY ISSUES RECTIFIED STRAIGHT AWAY, GREAT SET OF ENGINEERS . MY ONLY REGRET IS I WISH I'D JOINED MUCH SOONER, ( REALLY GLAD I CHANGED BROADBAND PROVIDERS ) TRUST ME I'M OVER THE MOON THE PRICING CAN'T BE BEATEN NOR CAN THE SERVICE SPEED. 😀
After reading some recent reviews about these guys it's no wonder I'm here writing another. Jake and Daniel came to my house to install broadband today. I wasn't home but my Mother was and she mentioned how polite and informative they were. They've left a neat job too. Great company so far 👌

Feb 16,2022Be aware of your EXISTING PROVIDERS. today I have talked to my provider to try and switch my broadband to 6Gi. he wanted to have a look at 6Gi terms and conditions before I switch. He pulled out a piece of information saying "we will never cut you off, 1Mbps guarantee at all times" That sounds bad, doesn't it? you pay for 100 and get one...... WELL NO. you are actually guaranteed 100Mbps. 1Mbps is a guarantee in case of financial problems or such. they will make sure to supply at least 1Mbps even if you don't pay. that's what customer service at 6Gi told me<< just wanted to put it out there. sales teams are sneaky. don't get fooled ;)
