Feb 11,2025I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is an absolute joke…. They tell you they will help you however they can however after 2 months of not receiving my item I demanded my refund, no response until I put in a claim on my credit card to which that got their attention. I then was told they couldn’t process a refund because I had filed a dispute, if I got my bank to withdraw the dispute then they would provide a refund. Now I am being told that they can’t issue a refund and it’s up to my bank to refund me… which can’t happen because they closed the dispute and you can only file a dispute once…. These people are horrible scammers who deserve worse than this garbage review…
