Feb 03,2022Not really one for reviews , but I did want to leave one here . I was skeptical ordering the mattress off of the internet but the mattress came and was perfect ! Fits perfectly in the bassinet and thankful I was able to order the exact size ! Definitely recommend .

Jan 03,2022I hate to leave a terrible review but this situation deserves it - I was charged twice for the item I ordered and then, never received the item. I called about the duplicate charge and was told it would be corrected; however, it is a month later and still not corrected. Trying to give the the benefit of the doubt that the supply chain is crazy right now and it was the holidays, but I won’t order from here again.

Dec 23,2021The wood step stool I ordered for my Granddaughter, white with pastel lettering, is even better than I expected. It's beautifully painted and arrived well before Christmas. I did have a perplexing experience, however. At least a week before I received the stool, I kept getting survey requests asking how I liked the product. Thinking it may have been lost, I called the company. The woman who answered took my order number, I was put on hold. She returned and said the stool would not be delivered for two weeks, until after Christmas. I was very disappointed... until two hours later when the stool arrived on my porch. Merry Christmas!

Nov 09,2021Very friendly and courteous service. Once I sent template they shipped mattress quickly . It wasn’t the oval shape I sent on template were I had width changes from top to bottom but the length and middle width were correct so we could make it work

Nov 02,2021We ordered three fitted sheets and only received two of them. I emailed my concern and did not receive any response. It was a gray fitted sheet for the 17 x 31” cradle mattress.

Sep 20,2021I ordered a custom mattress and mattress cover for a bassinet. The way the product shipped left much to be desired... It was folded and thrown in a box without much protection. The mattress itself was not firm enough to be safe for sleep and the mattress cover, keep in mind both items were custom, caused the mattress to bunch up and not lie flat. Their customer service's solution to my problem was to tell me to cut the elastic on the cover. If the mattress was firm enough to be safe for infant sleep the cover would have fit fine. Do not recommend.

Feb 03,2022I had bought cribs online for our daycare center and I assumed that they were standard, and they were not. Since we are a licensed facility, the mattresses have to fit properly. aBaby was able to make the perfect mattresses at a reasonable price.
