Sep 12,2018Only place I could find that would construct a custom made mattress for a toddler's bed, (measurements were unusual.) Mattress fits bed perfectly and is comfortable. It was also delivered in a timely manner to our Fedex box. Thank you for a superb job.

Aug 11,2018My grandson received this monogrammed chair just in time for his one year old birthday party. It was delivered in time as promised. This company responded promptly to my email too to confirm delivery would make it in time!. My grandson loves the soft comfy deep blue chair. I would certainly order this chair again. It was well made sits low to the ground and red letter monogramming was professionally done! Thank you it was nice to have something arrive and be all that was promised!

Aug 09,2018This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I ordered a toddler table, it came (one week later than promised) but was damaged by the delivery company. This company also dropped off an additional table that I did not order. I called ABABY on Monday (8/6/18), who told me the shipping company would be here by no later than Wednesday (8/8/18) to bring me a replacement and to remove the other tables. when the delivery company arrived, they said they could not remove either table because they didn't have the "right paperwork", and they also did not have a replacement table as promised. I called ABABY again and they told me they would call the trucking company and call me back, but they didn't. I called AGAIN, and this time I asked to speak to a supervisor, but I was told none was available. I am extremely frustrated with the poor service and the terrible delivery company. I will not be doing business with ABABY again, and I recommend you don't either.

Aug 08,2018Cancelled and order within an hour of ordering due to needing to change the order. Never received any confirmation emails after numerous requests and they said they would as well as never receiving the refund back on my card. Have called many times and still haven't received it back.

Aug 07,2018Very happy with my mattress purchase. Searched everywhere for the size mattress I needed and happened to stumble upon this place. Ordered and thought it would be a bit but the mattress came quicker than the estimated time frame. Pleased with how well it fits the space I had. My son sleep very well on this mattress.

Aug 02,2018If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a sham, beware! They do not answer phone calls, emails or live chat. I contacted them three times regarding my order, no response. Then I get an email with a tracking number for my order one month later. The idiots sent my order to Brooklyn, NY. I live in AZ. Pretty shady as the company is located in Brooklyn, NY. Do not buy anything from this company, I believe they are fraudulent. Going to my bank to see if I can get my money back somehow.

Jul 31,2018If I could give zero stars I would. Crappy product. Customer service unresponsive to my various emails. When I finally got through to someone she said there is nothing she can do and said there was no manager to talk to to give me a refund or make a new product. Do not buy custom wood anything from ababy.com. The stool I bought looked like it was made from a High school kids wood shop class. I will not give this as a gift to my friend as I’m embarrassed of the product I received! Very disappointed..

Jul 25,2018Ordered a replacement mattress for a cradle that was made for me when I was born. The cradle is larger than most so I was happy to find a company that was customize a mattress for my needs, It’s perfect and my grandson is sleeping happily on it.

Jul 24,2018We recieved our light and it was everything we expected but it was missing some of the mounting pieces required for the light to attach to our fixture. I am currently working to get a hold of someone to send us the correct mounting pieces so that we can get our light up in time for our babies arrival. I was able to reach someone the following day and got the mounting pieces in less than a week.

Jul 21,2018The quality of the item I ordered was horrible. I sent an email and they wouldn't return it because it was personalized. The wood was chipped. The paint was sloppy. I was going to give it as a gift but threw it out instead. It cost me $45. Their explanation was that there would be drips and smears because it was handmade...dumbest thing I've ever heard. I will never order from them again. They don't back up their products. Customer service was horrible.

And true to her word, the mattress and sheets arrived with a couple of days to spare. And they included a $5 coupon for future purchases. Five stars to Ababy.

Each one was personalized and my friends Love them! Most of the time I'm amazed that these blankets (each personalized) arrive well before their projected delivery date.
