May 04,2017Online store is not very well set up. Product categories with no products. Good payment options and fairly quick deliveries. I ordered a basinet that arrived damaged and poor quality. Returned with a full refund after approx 3 days. Not a bad online store but website is definitely not user friendly.

Jun 26,2018I give this a four star as they failed to update me timely on the progress of my order. The stool itself is nice and well made and was liked by the person I sent it to. However, they never sent me an update on the status neither did they send me a tracking number. Hence 4 star
