Mar 03,2021I purchased a Moses basket trimmed in pink gingham to give as a baby shower gift. The picture on line was beautiful, said it would take a week before it would ship, which would get it here just in time!! It shipped exactly when they said and was even more beautiful than it appeared on line. It was a huge hit at the shower. This was my first time for using a baby.com but certainly will not be my last.

Feb 13,2021When I ordered the bassinet skirt and hood in January, it stated shipped within one week. The following week the order was still processing. I called and they said they were waiting to confirm the size but they never contacted me so that was a wasted week. I was assured that the set would be shipped in a few days as I explained that I needed this by a certain date. Another week and nothing. I was told the weather delayed, or they were looking for the material. All this time and you don't know if you have the material? Once again I explained that time was running out. She once again assured me that the set would be shipped and I would have it in a few days. Another week, order still shows processing and I had to scramble to get a set in the color and size in time but it is not the style wanted but I had no choice. Now this week they don't answer the phone or respond to emails to cancel the order and get the refund. The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. After FOUR weeks, the status still shows "processing" they have my money, I don't have the bassinet set and they can't be reached by phone and no replies to emails.

Feb 03,2021What great response I got to an incorrectly made diaper pad for my vintage changing table. I notified by email the wrong measurements and they apologized and within days the new perfectly correct pad arrived. I am so glad my upcoming grandson will be able to use this fold open changing table.

Feb 03,2021Ordered a cradle bumper pad. It took twice as long to ship - had to keep calling for updates. The color was much lighter than the picture and no white stripe or lace. The picture is way cuter than what arrived. I called customer service and they said their picture needs to be updated on the website and that they only make the solid cradle bumpers. Only option is to return. I need for baby show and no time to order something else.

Jan 19,2021The only complaint was that we didn't get an email or any tracking information to know that it was sent to tell our gift recipients that it was on the way and to watch for it. Since it was during "porch theft" season, that would have been helpful. But they did get it and think it will do nicely.

I finally got ahold of someone at ababy and she “Frady” was amazing. ababy.com completely re-made my order to he original order’s specifications and shipped to me at no charge. They did not ask or expect me to send back the orders I received. So, for those of you who have any problems, or if, you should have a problem, ababy really does care. Rena N. Changed to one star :( Subsequent to my original order, I order a second set of valences to fill out the window. Unfortunately, the second set is longer than the first set and is a different hue of lavender (pinker). I also realized that these valences do not have the ruffle on top as the depicted in the item details. I just sent my 3rd email to ababy.com asking for assistance and am hopeful I will receive a reply. The first message I sent was on 12/8/20, and I have not received a reply as of yet. I will update this review and share the resolution, if any. Original 5 star review: Exactly as described and great quality!

Nov 06,2020I would give this product 5 stars except it appears to be have been lost in shipping or USPS. I was in contact with Frady of Customer Service and she was wonderful in trying to help me. We were almost to the point of reordering the custom baby bracelet, but decided to give it another week. Then today the bracelet showed up. The actual bracelet itself is beautiful. I choose the pink stones and it just sparkles. I can't wait to present it to the new mother.

Nov 03,2020I ordered a custom mattress, mattress pad and sheets for an heirloom cradle. My order came quickly and everything fit perfectly. I accidentally ordered a wrong size on the sheets and they noticed and adjusted my order themselves! Great service!!

Mar 10,2021I like the mattress I have received and overall the quality is great! My baby likes napping on it during the day. Would recommend your products to everyone. Wouldn't recommend your customer service though.
