My process consultant Fidah was very responsive and handled all requirements very professionally. He is quick with his work and makes sure that the work is completed on time. On a very positive note, he has always responded either on phone or via email with a very short turnaround time. He has supported me at every instance to ensure that all steps are completed in a planned manner. I would really recommend asking him as consultant for the case.
