They are available whenever one has queries and solve them . Each one of them is easily approachable. I also got trained with Abhinav for IELTS. Their trainer Shab Noor has been really really helpful right through the course and even post that. She reaches out to you even on her mobile via whatsapp for all the queries you have after the coaching. She has been proactive in sending the relevant files and documents required while studying
