Nov 11,2024The whole experience with Acacia cottages has been incredible and made my life so much easier, and enabled me to concentrate on the small bits to make the hen weekend fab. I can 100% recommend this company - Ashley and Molly have been brilliant! The house was absolutely perfect, stunning setting, superbly equipped etc. We loved the kind and generous hamper left by the owners, and even little touches like the toiletries etc in the bathrooms was so lovely. The house fitted 19 of us more than comfortably, the beds were so comfy and the amenities - pool table, hot tub etc were brilliant.....just wish we had more time there! We had a private chef one night, Miranda was incredible, her food was amazing, and she was so discreet and professional, whipping up a storm in the kitchen and clearing away. She was brilliant. We did a treasure hunt, this was so much fun too, and Will the cocktail instructor for the cocktail making masterclass was superb! An absolute 10/10 weekend, that everyone loved! So thank you so much!!

Oct 22,2024I contacted acacia cottages when looking for a house to book for my best friends hen do. I had already searched online for suitable properties and could not find anything suitable. I had a reply really quickly from my initial enquiry and instantly the pressure was taken away from me with how easy it was to book via acacia cottages. I was given suggestions of houses that would accommodate our group and ideas for activities. We ended up booking Seaside Chic in Bournemouth with a chef dinner and cocktail making as our activities. Ashley helped throughout the whole process and was really helpful and responsive to emails. We thoroughly enjoyed our chef dinner and cocktail making. The house was beautiful and plenty of space for our group of 13. The house was central to bournemouth and only a short walk to the bars and beach. Would highly recommend this house and booking through acacia cottages. The online payment system was also really helpful to save me collecting money individually. The bride said it was the best hen do she could have ever imagined. Thank you!

Oct 12,2024Second time using Acacia cottages and the experience was as good as the first. Ashley was helpful through out. The accommodation met our requirements and the hot tub added to the stay. Will from Dice cocktails was great and our private chef provide a fantastic meal. We all had so much fun!!

Aug 19,2024Becca and the whole team at Acacia helped me plan the most perfect hen do for my cousin! We stayed at the Oxford Country House (CH) and the accommodation was absolutely gorgeous, pictures didn’t do it justice, the views, the location and just the whole house was perfect. Jonny at Coobeck Catering, provided us with a private chef experience and as well as providing amazing food, he had such a fun personality too! The beauty therapists we had provided well needed gorgeous treatments. I really cannot praise everyone enough, Becca and the team made the whole process stress free and so easy to plan, we didn’t want the weekend to end!

Aug 08,2024We stayed in the renovated barn with hot tub near Bristol and Acacia put together the perfect package for us, everything was well explained and put together with little effort from us, clear payment terms and great communication. The accommodation was perfect for a large group and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. The party barn and patio worked really well for our Friday night party and the cottages were very well stocked. We had a private chef dinner party and the chef very quickly served up a fantastic 3 course meal which left us absolutely stuffed, generous portions and all so well cooked, she even did the majority of the dishes leaving the kitchen spick and span which was great. For the gin tasting, the barman was very friendly and professional and happy to accommodate a change in set up when the weather took against us, we all especially enjoyed the gin cocktail and made a few more jugs of our own for the evening. The pre organised taxi was great messaging beforehand to confirm arrangements and taking it all in good humour including a few less on the taxi then booked for and a last minute change of pick up to save our feet. Thank you to all of them and to acacia for putting it together, we all had a great time and would 100% recommend you to other groups

Jul 17,2024Have just returned from THE BEST Hen weekend I could have ever asked for. The property was incredible, spacious, spotless and in the most beautiful surroundings. The canapés were delicious and the cocktail class was so much fun. There were tears when it was time to leave , and that’s a true reflection of just what a wonderful time was had. We are already planning a return visit for a Heniversary! Would Highly recommend.

Jul 16,2024Our whole experience with Acacia Cottages has been seamless! Right from the start when we booked Contemporary Yorkshire Cottages it was so easy! Ashley was so informative, and helpful in arranging all our events, providing timely responses and updates. And if Ashley wasn’t available, this was picked up by another member of the team. We had evening canapés on arrival that were delivered by a timely local company- they were delicious, a real hit with the group. They also catered for our dietary requirements really well by providing seperate bowls for each person with a requirement. We then had a transfer into York the following day. They used Proctor Coaches, and their driver Leanne was fantastic. So friendly & chatty, and she did everything possible to make our journey as smooth as possible. She was on time, and kept in touch close to pick up/drop off times. The property was lovely, and so much space for us all, including their own hot tub in each cottage. The team onsite were very responsive to any calls or messages. All in all, would highly recommend Acacia cottages after our very positive experience! ☺️

Jul 16,2024We booked the Oxford Country House for my friends Hen Do and it was AMAZING! The house was exactly like the pictures. Becca was so helpful whilst getting it all booked and planned. We had the private chef which made the weekend 10/10! The food was incredible and Hess was so kind. Would 100% recommend this to anyone booking a hen do as it was super easy and amazing.

Jul 14,2024Organised a hen weekend for 17 people via Acacia Cottages. Becca, Ashley and the team could not have been more helpful. The communication was great which really gave me peace of mind! We stayed at Stone Farmhouse -the accommodation was perfect. With a pool and two hot tubs there was plenty to keep everyone entertained between activities and drinks! The weekend was a success so thank you to Acacia. I would not hesitate to book through them again - 10/10!

Jun 20,2024With the help of Acacia Cottages we had a fabulous fun filled 50th Birthday girly weekend in York. The initial booking was really easy and the acacia staff were really helpful when we were deciding on the accommodation. It was easy to set up a group payment option and everyone could add to this as and when they wanted to pay which made the organising a lot easier and stress free. We stayed at the lovely Red Brick House located minutes walk away from the beautiful city centre. We opted for the Chef and half hour pamper as part of the package and both were amazing. Thank you Acacia Cottages for organising a weekend we will all remember ❤️

Jun 18,2024From my initial enquiry, Acacia Cottages were extremely helpful. We had to change arrangements and activities several times beforehand, which they managed with great efficiency, and communicated all the changes quickly by telephone and then email which I very much appreciated. I received comprehensive information regarding all aspects of the weekend - accommodation, itinerary, travel directions etc etc which helped me prepare documents for our guests. All seamless. I was just delighted on arrival at Derbyshire Barn to find that the accommodation completely exceeded my expectations. The Barn was just perfect for our needs in every aspect - it was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed and more (it was one of the best appointed cottages I have ever been to), the bedrooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable with great en-suites in every bedroom. The kitchen island with the additional large table proved really useful for every meal when feeding 20 people. There were two large fridges and a separate wine fridge and even 2 kettles! They had thought of everything. The addition of the Games Room and grassed area gave us extra space to do further activities outside despite the inclement weather. I couldn’t fault it and couldn’t recommend it enough to others. I would highly recommend Acacia Cottages to others and would certainly use them again in the future.

There was 18 of us in total but Becca couldn’t have been more amazing at organising and communicating with me. Becca took the whole stress away of organising the hen party for such a large number. We all had the best time and the accommodation was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend and definitely use Acacia Cottages again. The cottage was stunning, it was clean and it had everything we needed. It was the most brilliant weekend. We didn’t stop laughing from start to finish. Thank you for making our weekend so amazing. Ashley made this whole process seamless supporting me through start to end and being overall just fantastic. We booked the live drawing and cocktail making, and Callum and Will again just made the day!!!! Laughing the whole time keeping 23 ladies entertained. The houses are absolutely stunning, so clean, and well stocked with everything you need for the weekend. Thank you again for making this weekend so special for my sister in law. I can't thank the team enough for all their help and patience whilst we worked out how many people would be joining us for the weekend and then organising the activities we requested, all of which were amazing!!! The house is beautiful and it was just the right setting for our Hen's weekend. Thanks all!

May 01,2024WOW! Words can barley describe our amazing weekend. We have just come back from Oxford Country Farmhouse, celebrating our brides hen weekend. Big shout out to the Acacia team, the planning and weekend was so smooth sailing and they really took all the pressure away from us bridesmaids. Lets talk Oxford Country Farmhouse, wow wow wow the house absolutely blow us away, the photos do not do this house justice, its unreal! so big & everything you could want this house, it has. We managed to hide a whole wing of this house, for our Saturday night activities and all the hen's were so surprised to see another room. The weekend was filled with so many great memories from paint, pour and privet chef on the Friday, to punting and sequin party with a very special drag queen performance on Saturday. Cant thank the Acacia Team enough and would recommend 1000 over

Feb 13,2025We stayed in Bath House C, The house was amazing!!! Perfect for us and so central to everything we needed! Brunch was amazing, the therapist were 100% and the chef and assistant were fabulous, catering to all our needs! It’s was absolutely perfect!!! 100/10!!!
